Q: Can you turn off the beater bar brush for cleaning hardwood floors?
A: The brush cannot be turned off on the machine. We do have a soft cleaner head that is safe and gentle for hardwood. Its not included with this machine, can be purchased to use with this machine if needed.
A: My red ring fell out when I went to empty mine too. I called the company. They said it cannot be fixed. I tried to do it myself, as I couldn’t believe this. No luck! I had to spend almost $70 to get a new compartment with the red ring attached. Ridiculous!!!

A: The Outsize is a great fit, this machine is a little on the heavier side. If you need more lightweight a V11 is a great option. If you are looking for a machine with an on and off power button instead of a trigger to hold during use, take a look at the V12 or the V15.
Q: Can you use this one use a clip in battery? If you buy another battery can it be used this way?
A: Yes, the model has a click in battery so that if you buy the second battery and always have it charged you can simply replace while using with a simple click. Two batteries would supply a run time of up to 120 minutes depending on mode and tools used.
