Everything was fine until today. Unit wont powerup or charge. Loved this vacuum until this. Pretty disappointed, ill update this after I contact Best Buy ive only had it about 2 months

It’s not worth it all for this price it’s broke stop working literally after two weeks good things we got warranty other wise we wouldn’t get our money back we didn’t get our warranty money back but the vacuum itself is junk don’t buy it

I no prosee a vacuum, and they send an open box. And the worst part is that is broken

This vacuum unfortunately did not do as advertised… it pushed around our dogs hair like crazy. Couldnt vacuum any of my rugs even on the ither settings snd truly just wasnt worth the money.

It doesn’t do well on hardwoods at all. It kicks the particles behind it & doesn’t actually pick them up. I’m so disappointed, this is my first Dyson. And my last.

This vacuum has as much suction or likely less than a 12v youd plug into your car vacuum. Plus the protrusion from the wall when you hang it, takes up half a coat closet.

Super crappy. Stopped working after 4 months and customer support sucks.

Vacuum’s hair removal vanes stopped spinning after third use. Ridiculous

First off, this is a Dyson vacuum, so you know it is a VERY good vacuum. I have three of them of different sorts in my home and have owned quite a few more over the years. What I needed though was a powerful vacuum with a large bin, and a bigger cleaning head. In walks the Dyson - Outsized Cordless Vacuum and I have EXACTLY what I needed. A friend of mine and I are opening a new business soon (we open in July), and it is a mix of a workspace (for making cheese and other dairy/farm products), and the sales area/cafe. It is also located in a dusty farm environment. My partner and I went round and round about a good vacuum to keep the public areas clean. She wanted to just use a cruddy old shop vac on wheels that she and her husband have had for years, while I argued that we were serving people who were looking for a nicer experience (wine and cheese tasters) and would appreciate seeing a Dyson hanging behind the counter. I won out when I just showed up with this and set it up. This is really going to be mostly in the shop/cafe/event area which has a few rugs and short pile carpet. The 'kitchen' area is a sealed floor but the Dyson Outsized Cordless is great for all of the areas. I really won out when my partner used the Dyson after tidying up after the contractors had finished for the day, and the clincher came when the foreman came in and said "Look who's all highfalutin with the Dyson!" (hence the title of the review). We are serving an upscale clientele and our business deserves an upscale and powerful vacuum to match. Beyond being a Dyson and thus, a great vacuum, the outsized vacuum head is a life-saver when trying to clean up even our limited space. We can spend less time cleaning and more time doing stuff that might actually, you know, earn money. While this version may not have the fancy laser or a ton of attachments, it has just exactly what we need for a decent price (for a Dyson that is). I'm a neat freak and if this vacuum had a laser, I would never stop vacuuming because I don't think the dust EVER stops accumulating in this environment! Also, the crevice tool is great for behind the coolers and displays, while the 'hair-screw tool' is perfect for the cushions on the chairs and in the pet parking area that we have just outside of the shop/kitchen. While this is great for our new small-business I know it would be just as valuable for a house with a lot of carpet that you don't want to spend forever vacuuming. The XL vacuum head will make short work of living/family/bed rooms. The large capacity container will allow you to go longer without having to find a trashcan to dump all the dust and fur you are going to be sucking up with this beast! If you made it this far, congrats on making it through all that, and now go out and get this Dyson Outsized Cordless Vacuum. It is a great price for a large and powerful vacuum that has the Dyson name and quality. You won't regret it.

In all the right ways - this vacuum is light weight and easy to use. The cordless feature is something I never knew I needed... One does need this! It's quiet and picks up all the things. (Expert vacuumer - 5 cats and a Border Collie)

Where do I begin? This vacuum can suck-start a Harley. I didn’t realize how terrible the installation on my carpet was until I turned this bad boy on. I do not recommend using on horribly installed flooring or carpet as it will pick it up. Probably would have pulled up the slab if I left it in one spot long enough.

Dyson makes great products, the the Dyson Outsize Cordless Vacuum is no exception. Something I hadn’t seen before in cordless vacuums is what Dyson calls a power trigger, basically it’s a button that you press whenever you want the vacuum to turn on, it’s not a bad thing, just gotta get used to it. Features a large bin to collect dust, pet hair etc. Comes with different accessories that you might need to vacuum bare floor, carpets, even make it smaller and portable to vacuum your car outside. When you are done, you can hang the whole thing on a wall mount. The one place where I’m a little disappointed with his vacuum is that it only comes with one battery, having a second one would’ve been a better value, overall in my opinion. But the battery you do get lasts a long time, up to an hour. Emptying out the bin is pretty simple, and because with all the different filters that are working inside, they trap most of the dirt and dust inside, so that they dont escape all over your clean air. Overall, this cordless vacuum looks good, it’s got great suction, it’s light weight, different attachments, pretty good battery, you can’t go wrong with Dyson!

Absolutely love this vacuum! I needed a cordless vacuum for the house because I hate having a corded one. Only think I don't like is how far it sticks out from the charger on the wall but there's nothing I can do about it. It's a great vacuum and does the job well!

Battery life is outstanding, collection compartment is plenty large. I have 3 house dogs and this thing has cut my time by 50%. Works better than my corded Dyson Animal 2. Fantastic!

Bought this for my wife who has backache problems and now cleaning the entire house takes her less than a day to finish.

The only bad thing is you need to keep the trigger squeezed constantly. You should be able to turn it on and it stays on without constant squeezing of the trigger.

I love this, I just wish the other attachments also had the ‘detect.’ The laser really shows you what you’ve been missing! I also wish the vacuum worked when you pull it back towards you, it only seems to pick up dirt while pushing forward, which I find odd.

Purchased this machine about 2 years ago. It is virtually IMPOSSIBLE to find a replacement roller brush for the machine. Otherwise, it is a great vacuum.
