    Seems good so far, it self adjusts for carpet or tile flooring which is good. Wall mount seems fragile for the weight of the unit.

    Within 9 months of purchase, the cleaner head started latching onto the carpet. That makes it very difficult to use. Support says they will replace the cleaner head, but it is out of stock. According to the internet, Dyson is always out of stock in parts. I expected a vacuum cleaner from this brand to last longer. The battery life is not great, you can basically only use it in ECO mode to last an hour.

    Vacuum wand was non-functioning right out of box. Dyson customer service was no help since replacement wands are un-available with no re-stock date available.
