The Dyson vacuum is seriously impressive! It has powerful suction and uses cyclonic technology, so it never loses that strong cleaning ability. I love how lightweight it is and that there are cordless options, making it super easy to use around the house. Plus, the ergonomic handle and easy-to-empty dustbin make cleaning a breeze. With all the different attachments, it works great on carpets and hard floors alike. Definitely a smart buy if you want to keep your place spotless!

An excellent vacuum. I seldom use my full size Dyson. This is our home Dyson and we have a dog , horses so the suction has to be good.

It’s a great sweeper and great suction. However, we get lots of errors that say the filter needs cleaned - we take it apart and it doesn’t. It can be quite annoying. But overall still the best sweeper I’ve owned.

A piece broke off the head after a couple months. Contacted customer service right away, sent them a photo of the broken piece, they agreed to replace the head. After waiting several weeks for the part to come in I contacted them and they still did not have the part in stock and I would have to wait longer. I waited and called back, no part still. Not acceptable. What would they do to make this right? They informed me that the Outsize was no longer available so they offered the Absolute Detect 15 as a replacement. I agreed and this seemed like a fair offer. At this point I was basically satisfied. The process for getting the new machine was a total fiasco. It took way too long and required multiple calls to customer service to find out the status of receiving my new machine. During each call I was told inaccurate information such as, “the new machine will ship back to you next week”. I waited. After my next call to customer service I learned that it did not ship, but that it would be shipping ASAP. I waited. I learned on my next call that it had not shipped. Why? The replacement machine was out of stock. It went from “shipping next week” to “out of stock”? Super frustrating to have to make multiple calls and hear conflicting information and wait so long for the new machine (which finally did arrive after 3+ weeks and multiple phone calls). Their automated phone recording touting their “iconic” service was irritating. If you want a reputation for iconic service then deliver iconic service, don’t just mention it on your automated recordings. My previous Dyson lasted over a decade before it broke, that’s why I spent over 500 bucks on a new one. At that price point I expected more. Hopefully the Absolute lasts and is a good machine. Fix your customer service, Dyson.

Got this on drop and really happy with it. First unit had trigger button stuck issue, went down to the store and BB exchanged it pronto. New one doesnt have such fault and works well. Addet bin size is great, i didnt realize that motor head is also wider then on v11 i have, which makes vacuuming faster. I keep both. Would recommend.

Slightly heavy for stick vacuum but large canister so it makes sense. Great for carpets.

This vacuum is such a game changer. I bought it for my parents after having my own and experiencing what a difference cordless is. My dad is the primary vacuumer and house cleaner because my mom's health isn't great. I wanted to give my dad some relief with this and he was thrilled with it. My mom says he's become a vacuuming machine!

This vacuum has the solutions I was looking for. It is lighter in weight than my current vacuum was. It is cordless and allows me to move around a room (or into another room) without having to look for and plug into various electrical outlets along the way. Lastly, it allows me to vacuum under beds without moving the bed or furniture. Thank you so much!
