Great packaging, all the tools a person would need, two batteries and chargers. Only thing lacking would be nice to have small fluffy roller included for bare floors. About $140. additional. Works very well,watch corners of throw rugs,but,that is any sweeper. Excellent product!

If you have a super good vacuum then this makes a great addition! I use this thing everyday for pet hair, dust and kitty litter. I use my shark for weekly cleans (deep cleans) and the dyson everyday multiple times a day! Very convenient and powerful.

All Dysons are pricey. I can say this handheld out performs my standup Dyson and is much easier to handle. The hair attachment is a life saver. Buy now or wait and hope Black Friday has it for cheap. Regardless, you’ll love it.

Love Dyson products. This latest is the greatest. HUGE suction, dual batteries, and an “Auto” setting to maximize efficiency. Plenty of attachments and dual chargers as well. Great Best Buy price so what’s not to like? Great vacuum.

Love this vacuum I can do my whole house without having to empty and recharge the battery. If you have pets it’s a must because of how much hair ends up in the corners and by furniture I even use it to clean my car

Battery life and weight is the current balancing act. Having two batteries is great, however you must be ready for hand weight. It’s easy with the full attachment but can be tiring when you go to stairs or furniture. We are about a month in and still very happy with the versatility and performance.

This outsize vacuum is superb in the sense that it comes with a full size head and canister. If you are looking for something lightweight, this is not the vacuum for you. On the flip side, this is one powerful sucker. It also comes with an assortment of attachments so it completely replaces your corded vacuum.

Finally! No fear of running out of battery power while cleaning with a backup battery always on the charger. The larger bin is also more convenient. Enjoy the attachments with lights for easy viewing of the cleaning area.

We bought a v8 animal years ago and thought “well, it can’t get any better “. Wrong! This new model is the boss. The only two cons I can think of is price and process to empty the bin. Both of which are now long forgotten.

It is all the vacuum cleaner I need so convenient and cordless with every attachment known to man .Great product in my opinion.Just what I needed with lots of power and two batteries also. Love it.

This vacuum has overly exceeded my expectations. We have never purchased a vacuum of this cost, but there have been no regrets. We have 4 shedding dogs and highly recommend getting it. The flexibility along with all the attachments are amazing.

Bought this vacuum for a Christmas present and it was a perfect gift. Comes with a bunch of attachments and the dirt canister is alot bigger than our old dyson. Battery power is great and so is the suction

This is the best vacuum I have ever had. It reaches into areas where regular vacuums dare not go. Although a bit pricey, it is well worth it. Make sure you get the one that has the attachment that goes under tables and sofas!

Performs better than previous Dyson cordless vacuums. Has an innovative adaptive suction feature that conforms to different floor types. Easy to use and operate; however, it can be a bit on the bulky side when using for long durations.

So as the title says, it is BIG snd robust. Battery life is sick, and comes with extra battery. If you are coming from a V12 or previous model, you know this was a big issue. Now that is a non issue. This vac will clean for about 1.5 hours with both batteries in play on auto unless on carpet. If on carpet, reduce to about an hour. We have finally achieved a real cordless vacuum that can compete with the corded vacs and even beat them. There is nothing that has ever been produced that can compete with this. Go buy one for all your relatives. Bring money, though, the price tag is high; however for this kind of tech, what do you expect....

This is the best vacuum cleaner we have owned. Excellent suction and ability to pick up debris. I really like the fact that it comes with two batteries. A little pricey but the quality is evident.

This vacuum is ridiculous it picks anything and everything up! I use it for everything at home and in the car. It is on the heavier side but worth the additional battery and bin space to pick up trash all over the home and dust.

After owning a few Dysons through the years, this one is the absolute best. The oversized bin and additional battery make this vacuum a beast. I can't recommend Dyson Outsize enough!

This vacuum is great, got this for my wife for Mother’s Day and she absolutely loves it. The power is amazing and the ease of use is what sets it apart from all the others with no cords and all the accessories, can’t beat it.

This is my first Dyson Vacuum so I wasn't entirely sure what to expect. The design is great and comes with a variety of attachments. The variability to power/suction is great so you don't rapidly drain the battery. Given the price and reputable brand name I was expecting more though. For example, I live in the midwest where winter months typically include muddy shoes or bringing in road salt. I found that this vaccum was not able pick up small rock salt. I had to keep lifting the vacuum on top of it. I also noticed the same issue if my cats managed to knock their food onto the floor. The vacuum was unable to pick this up unless i lifted the machine on top of it; otherwise I was simply pushing it around.
