The “ball” prevents you from reaching underneath. The cord is always in the way and a pain to wrap up. The attachments are useless. I wish I would have stuck with my Sears canister vacuum.

While I'm happy to hear you're finding your Dyson Small Ball Multi Floor to work well for vacuuming your floors, we certainly would not expect the power cord to be in the way in your use. Also, while your vacuum would be good for cleaning floors as you've mentioned, please keep in mind it also will include an extension hose and wand for use with cleaning up high, under furniture, as well as in hard to reach places. I am also happy to inform you that the tools of your vacuum may actually be used both on the wand as well as on the hose. It does not glide on thick carpet like a regular much cheaper vacuum does. It's ok on hard floor but for all the commercials I've seen and to have such a prestigious name I expected more. Test it out before you purchase this product!
