I like it but had to purchase an expensive add-on for wood floors. Over-priced. I would seriously look at the several knockoffs for sale online. The performance is good, just can't get past the overall cost and expensive accessories.

the only thing that i didnt enjoy was the battery life in the vacuum it was actually worse than prior models in my opinion.

It sucks! Really well. The weight is well balanced and the clean out is simple! It replaced a stand up Dyson that I’ve had for decades.

Great vacuum easy to use easy to maneuver, not as laid as the other (older) versions. It stays charged for a long time I’m very happy overall

We’ve never had a vacuum, and all we’ve ever had are corded vacuums, with this much power. Easy to use, clean, store, everything!!! Should have made this purchase a long time ago.

This dyson is so handy. I installed the wall charger mount and it is hand for my 2nd floor. This is also great for cleaning out the car and getting pet hair.

This is all I hoped it would be. The suction is awesome, it's not too heavy and it's so much easier to use than corded vacuum cleaners. I don't dread vacuuming now that I have this.

Love that is recognizes changes in flooring. Being cordless is very convenient for vacuuming balcony and cars. It’s also quieter than many other vacuums.

I love this vacuum! Super easy to use and very convenient when I have to clean my stairs. I use it to clean my house and my car. Batteries life is pretty good as well.

We replaced our older Dyson ball vacuum with this and are very happy with our choice. I hated dragging the heavy one up the stairs and now I just detach the main tube and put on the small head and save time and energy. We use it to vacuum two of our three floors which are a mix of carpet and hardwoods and have no issues using it. I use it to do two levels of the house during "cleaning day" and it hasn't registered a loss of batter life which is good. It does have a little heft in the back where the battery is housed but even for my tiny wife is not a issue for use. Overall we are happy with the purchased and would recommend to friends.

This product is a lifesaver. And it's suction seems to be stronger than my Big Dyson. Great for Quick vacuuming of kitchen and small areas and of course the car!

Well it sucks, and pretty strongly I might add. Wife wanted one and of course got it. Kind of expensive but worth it to keep her satisfied. So far so good.

Awesome vacuum. Charge last a long time. Easily cleaned and stores well. Best of all no cord to trip over!

As an owner of various Dyson products I decided to go with a new cordless vacuum, the V11 Animal. We have a two story home and the old V7 cordless vacuum battery only lasts on the downstairs (approximately 20 minutes). which is all tile, even less time on carpet... after purchasing the V11 Animal I was apprehensive on the actual run time, but started on the downstairs and worked up. To my surprise I completed the entire house, upstairs is completely carpeted! Just over 4000 square feet and had a few minutes of run time left, I am completely impressed! Much more features you can check out, but just the run time alone is worth the money.

Super easy to use and clean, gets all the cat fur dust and bits you don't see. And gives you a great clean. Will never get another vacuum if it's not dyson.

This is the 4th Dyson vacuum I have owned and they keep getting better. The 3 options for suction is a great feature. Eco, Auto and Boost. Boost works great for the heavy traffic areas in the house to really get all the dirt. The Eco mode is great for when you need to get the whole house vacuumed but don’t want it to die fast. The Auto mode delivers the right amount of suction for the area needing cleaned. Paired with the Geek Squad protection, this vacuum is a no brainer to buy! I love this vacuum and will definitely buy another in the future when/if this one goes out. Will recommend again and again.

Best vacuum we’ve ever owned. It has more suction than some plug-in stand-up vacs we’ve owned. Battery lasts long enough for us to clean 3000+sf house. Totally recommend.
