What a Waste
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.When we went to first use the product, the vacuum was never able to turn on. I have tried everything to get it to work with no luck. Tried every plug in the house to try to charge it. It says it holds the charge but the vacuum refuses to start. Sadly a waste of money on a product that doesn’t even work and even after trying to contact Dyson warranty we haven’t heard anything back for weeks and now the item is not returnable.

Extremely disappointed that one has to hold the start button the whole time you’re vacuuming. Very hard for me to hold due to arthritis in my fingers. Should have been noted in description.
