Can it be plugged into a regular wall outlet-not special mounting to a wall?

does the lower wattage on this model mean lower suction power - is that how it gets higher run time than v8

Is this easy for an elderly lady to use and empty filter
Answered by HappyUserVery easy use and move it around. The dust pan is also easy to remove and pop open to empty. I am also a senior at 74 years of age.
