This is my first dyson product and i loved it. It works really amazing and cleaning becomes very easy this. It is light weight and easy for cleaning hard floors and carpet. Sucction power is very good.

Solid vacuum. Definitely great that the price point came down $150. Easily twice as powerful as it's predecessor. Seeing all the dirt on the floor going away with the blue light tech is very satisfying. Highly recommend if you can afford the price point.

Overall great vacuum and mop. Holds up well cleaning up after 3 dogs. The wet vacuum attachment needs some improvement. Though. A piece has already broken on it.

Great product, perfect for everyday use. Switches from floor to carpet to mop head seamlessly. Love the green light on the floor attachment, you can see every spec of dust on the floor.

I had a Dyson vaccum years ago and loved it, then decided to try something different. That was a mistake, it didnt last more thab 1 year and had no suction power. This Dysons suction is so wonderful, it makes my cleaning so much better!

I had a Dyson years ago and that thing really cleaned the floors and carpet like a champ. So when I went with his unitbi was expecting the same if not better performance. It is a nice unit but it didn't really make it feel like the old unit. I've had this unit now for 5 months and the laser light already went out. That's the part that made it fun to use.I do not like that if there's something bigger than a pebble it has a hard time picking it up. Usually it just rolls around with the brush. It does get clogged fairly often and it's not clean to clean it out. The little canister will keep stuff trapped in it and I have to use a stick to pull everything out. That seems like a poor design.

It's a very versatile vacuum, and my wife loves it. The only complaint is that the battery doesn't last long enough to vacuum and mop all of the floors consecutively. The green light may have something to do with the battery drain as it shows everything as it is designed to do.

The product is good and works well. I am satisfied with it

I love this vacuum I just don’t think the submarine is great. If they just make a better version of it it would be perfect. Also my other only con would be I wish it stood on its own similar to other hand held vacuums

Replaced v15 that had issues sucking up lint off carpet. I decided to upgrade to one with the mop so I thought it would make mopping easier. I was so wrong! I cleaned 2 rooms the first day and it was leaving small pools every few feet of muddy water even after I had vacuumed before. I LOVE the vacuum part! Im returning this for a vacuum only unit maybe gen5 or another v15. I highly recommend the V15 if anyone is looking fir a super vacuum that is very portable and cleans exceptionally

This machine is the best machine I’ve ever used. So light,and versatile. Worth every dollar I spent.

A more powerful version of the vacuum that we had (v11 I think). I worry that some of the plastic components won't last which is why we bought this, the V11 housing cracked. The main reason for knocking off a star is the price, given the limited use of the mop feature, they have priced this higher than it is worth.

Love this it oicks alot of dust and dog hair spiderwebs and mops all type of liquids

this is an excellent vacuum, typical dyson performance. of course you will always use it on turbo mode, so don't expect more than 15 minutes battery life. as for the "mop" part, its really not worth it. it is not practical to replace traditional mopping with this, for many reasons: battery life not long enough, the reservoir holds a small amount of water, and the brush head easily transfers any smelly liquids it comes in contact with to clean sections of the floor. my advice: skip this bujee vacuum, get a less expensive cordless dyson, and just stick with the spin mop and bucket. this is just not worth the price

I have enjoyed my new Dyson!!! I was impressed with vacuuming the floor !! You see dust and dirt that you wouldn't with a broom!!

Had a Dyson before this one. Just logical to get a new one after using the other one for 8 years. Love the digital read out and how it adjust power for different surfaces! Makes life easier!
