Dyson - V15s Detect Submarine Cordless Vacuum with 10 accessories - Yellow/Nickel

I've been using the Dyson V15 vacuum for a few months now, and overall, I am highly impressed with its core performance and technology. The Good: Exceptional Vacuuming • Powerful Suction: The V15 delivers fantastic suction power. It easily picks up pet hair, fine dust, and larger debris from both carpets and hard floors. • The Green Light/Laser (Fluffy Head): This feature is a game-changer. The illuminated soft roller head makes visible dust that I didn't even know was there, ensuring a truly thorough clean. It's almost addictive! • Battery Life: The battery has been sufficient for cleaning my entire home on one charge, which is a major convenience. The Less Good: The Mopping Head • While I appreciate having the 2-in-1 capability, the separate mopping head attachment is not the strongest performer. • It often requires significant downward pressure to effectively remove dried-on or stubborn stains. • I've also noticed it occasionally seems to dispense more water than necessary in certain spots, leaving the floor wetter than ideal. It's fine for a light maintenance wash, but not for heavy-duty mopping.

We upgraded from an older stick Dyson to this one after thinking about it for several months. It's definitely worth the money in my opinion, especially if you don't like mopping and rarely do it but need to do it more. The submarine head is not magic, you definitely have to go over the areas slowly and multiple times if they are extra dirty but it cleans it up sure thing. Also, the head with the light to see dust and hair on it is so addicting! It actually makes vacuuming kinda fun. For context we have all hardwood floors & tile floors, we have two med-large dogs and three cats. This thing keeps up and we really appreciate the longer battery life.

Amazing product. But the mopping head doesn’t really work like I expected it to, it just makes your mess messier. I would just get the v15 detect and just mop regularly

I've had this vacuum for a few weeks now and I'm blown away. I have a Golden Retriever and a long-hair cat, so pet hair is basically a full-time problem in my house especially on laminate floors where it seems to drift into every corner. The Digital Motor bar head picks up pet hair like nothing I've used before. No tangling, no clogging and it just spirals the hair right into the bin. After one pass, my floors look like I don't even own pets. The Fluffy Optic head is the feature I didn't know I needed. When I first turned it on, I was honestly a little horrified by how much dust and fine cat hair was hiding on floors I thought were clean. Now I can actually see what I'm cleaning and the suction takes care of the rest in a single sweep. For laminate specifically, this vacuum is exceptional. It glides smoothly, doesn't scatter debris, and the auto-adjust feature means it ramps up suction exactly when it needs to without me doing anything. The mopping head is a great bonus too for finishing off the floors after vacuuming up all that fur. If you have pets and mostly hard floors, this is the one. Worth every penny.

Good working It vacuums and mops floors perfectly. The only thing missing is a battery that lasts for the entire cleaning session, but otherwise I am very satisfied.
