Did not work at all - wouldn't charge or turn on. It was a challenge working with Best Buy to return it. I live 90 minutes from the nearest Best Buy but that was the only option I was provided to return it. I did order a replacement which did work and I can review that separately

As always the Dyson is one of the best highest quality products you can purchase. I absolutely love this one! I love that it's multifunctional that it's super easy to use. And I especially love that you can use any type of cleaning product that you choose in the system. I've had floor cleaners and have paid good money for them that do not allow you to use any cleanser other than their product brand. Dyson is the BEST

The Dyson V15s Cordless Vacuum is by far the best vacuum I have ever had and used, I have had other vacuums that claim to be better and cost more and I have not had nearly the same results as I have with the Dyson V15s. I live in a decent sized 1 bedroom apartment, about 1000 square feet, and this vacuum can handle every square inch of it, from carpet to hardwood floor with no problem at all. It can even handle my couch and cleaning out my car which is just a bonus. The included accessories with this particular version allow you to very easily clean your hard wood floors and make them look great. I regularly clean my house with an automatic vacuum and I was able to take the Dyson V15s and still get a full bin of stuff that my other vacuum just cannot get to. The only complaint I really have with this particular vacuum is that it can be a little bit heavy and if you have a larger house that you are trying to clean all at once I could see that being very tiring with the weight of the main unit. Otherwise, I have no issues with this vacuum and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to get a cordless vacuum that clean your whole house.

We absolutely love this vacuum! The versatility is unmatched. I love being able to easily changed vacuum accessories for a full hous clean. My floors have never been so clean and our allergies have improved. I can clean under the couch without having to pull it out and veing able to vacuum up the kids spills makes it less stressful.

This thing is truly amazing, it's turned me into a vacuumer, I'm obsessed. The water mop is a great feature and kind of miraculous at picking up spills. I dropped spaghetti sauce and it picked it up right away. As far as mopping dirty floors though with built in grim i dont feel like it was as impactful. 10 out of 10 though would recommend

Great engineering. Easy to clean. Easy to empty. You can just use water if you want.

Sorry Dyson but this is a miss for me. I have owned most models of stick and uprights from Dyson and tend to buy the latest and greatest from them but I b ought this and returned it. Basically, this is not what you think it is, the floor mop is basically not a vac mop, in fact the end of the attachment is closed off and it basically is a water sprayer onto the floor and spinning heads coating yopur floor with clean water but squeezing the heads dirty water into a bin that spills all over the place once you remove it from the vacuum and its a mess trust me. I thought I was doing something wron g but in the end, this is sort of a serious miss from Dyson. Dont come out with a floor vac mop that is not really a vac mop. Plus you need to vac the floor first and then mop after and its a serious pain to detach the mop head and fill it and replace it. I returned this and traded it in for the Gen5 detect which to me is a superior machine and Ill stick to a swiffer power mop until Dyson gets it act together with the mop capability.
