This is a great vacuum. As I stated in the title though, it could have received 5 stars but, its cleanout system is lacking. This could possibly come from our dislike for bagless systems in general but it still is lacking. You basically have to clean it out with a shop vac after every few uses. Overall the vacuum is amazing. The hardsurface head works very well for our hardwood floors. The carpet head works very good as well. The battery last quite some time. We were concerned about the 20 minute run time but it does 1800 sqft without issue on normal power. I would buy this again without question.

An easy to use vacuum. Really like that it is cordless. It does an excellent job of vacuuming. Battery life is good.

Best vaccum we ever purchased. Picks up sand my dogs bring in from the yard, dog hair. Light weight, and easy to use.

First of all Thanks Best Buy for recommending the product. Using this product since 1 month, and works very nicely. Stand/Charger fixed on the wall and looks beautiful. Less Spacious, More tools available for cleaning. Currently, I'm using for my house carpets, hard floors, Car, and sofas. Very handy to use. The only drawback I would like to share is the battery which lasts for only 30 mins. But, it is sufficient to clean for me. Dyson rocks!

We were looking for a simple and quick stick vacuum and found this one on sale. It works great and we love it. Kind of expensive but so far satisfied.

This vacuum works well and is appropriate for my needs. I use this in a small apartment without problems. I never vacuum for more than 10 minutes because I keep this to pick up any messes as they occur. I would recommend this to anyone who lives in a small apartment. As far as cleaning I know it works because everytime I think something is clean it gets all the dust and dirt out of the carpets more than I always think is going to be in there.

Paid a nice price for the unit, got it on one of the deal of the day sales. Battery could last a little longer and motor is noisy but works very well.

Lots of power to clean in a lightweight compact vacuum. I love the it's versatility to be a hand held small vacuum to clean car and furniture etc.

We bought this vacuum in 2017. At the time we had a dog that would shed quite often and this little vacuum handle very well. Forward 2 years later and the battery is dying out. You can't vacuum for as long. Now we can only use it for maybe 15 minutes if we are lucky. This would be a good vacuum for a home/apt. that is no more than 1100 sq. ft. Ours is almost 2,000 and I can't pass the vacuum in every room on 1 round of charge. Overall very good, wish the battery would have lasted more than 2 years.

I love this Dyson! I had one of the older Dyson vacuums and hated it because of the weight and the difficulty using the attachments. This one is a dream to use, simple to change attachments and simple to empty the dirt cup. The head swivels, making it very easy to get right up to the edge of the baseboards and under tables. I use it mostly on hard floors, but it still works great for light cleaning on area rugs and carpeting.

I've had a Dyson Ball for a few years and it's been a great vacuum. I recently replaced carpet with hardwood in my home and quickly realized you can't hide the dirt and sand on it like you could on carpet! I purchased this as something quick and easy to use on a more frequent basis than we'd typically vacuum and it delivered! It's almost fun to grab it off the wall and give the floor a quick vacuum. Must have for hard floors.

Great item, really powerfull easy to use and lightweight. Attachments easy to use and remove.

My wife and I evaluated the entire line of Dyson cordless vacuums in search of the perfect balance between price, attachments, and performance. This vacuum was the best balance we could find for our home, which includes carpet, tile, and hardwood. After a few weeks of use, the performance has not disappointed us; it's everything we have come to expect from Dyson. My only regret is that I waited so long to buy one.

This is one of the best Vacuum I have ever bought. It has the best suction and is very lite.
