It sucks good, like is should. Cleans up what my old Dyson left behind and light weight

Purchased on a deal, but very impressed. Recently had our carpets professionally cleaned, very low profile almost commercial grade... the v6 took up an amazing round of dirt / hair during the first pass. Options of low and high suction is an added bonus, I've used high only once. Qe purchased the V6 for light cleaning, but now use for all cleaning. our larger upright vac has now retired.

This is the best! I actually enjoy using it and very happy with the purchase you do get your money's worth. It picks up such fine dust that I don't feel the need to mop as often like I use to. Very light easy storage. I do have one complaint when I try to empty the dust part but it's probably just me can't put it back easily but for the work it does for me it's still a five star.

I'm happy with using this model since my home has 3 stories. Home cleaning every week was a bit challengeable with Dyson cord model, but this model figured out my problem. And the performance is pretty good even if it is small and light. No doubt to recommend this for you. However, the only complaint I have is the method of trigger switch. It doesn't support one click button on/off. You have to keep triggering to use. This makes your index finger strong and tired. :-P

This lightweight vacuum is just as effective as the larger Dyson models!

picks up quick in the kitchen but not meant for whole house cleaning. i like the super speed but only lasts 6MINS

I purchased this vacuum because the salesman told me the battery will last 20 minutes. While that claim is true, it's only true if you use the non-motorized heads. To my disappointment, when I used the vacuum, it lasted, maybe, 10 minutes. I have a 10x12 area rug, and a couple of runners in front of my sliders, the rest is hardwood flooring. I didn't even get a chance to use the hardwood floor motorized head because I ran out of battery life before I could switch. If you have a small home (less than 1,000 sq ft), with all hardwood or tile flooring, and you can vacuum in less than 10 minutes, then it's a great vacuum and I would recommend purchasing this unit; otherwise, do yourself a favor and spend the extra dough on the V8. I also didn't like the fact that the dirt wasn't always 'willing' to fall out of the dispenser. It often got stuck and I had to use my finger to grab the dirt and pull it out - yuck! I ended up returning the V6 and purchasing the V8 and am happy I did. No more dead battery and absolutely no more touching the dirt.

THIS DYSON HAS GOOD CLEANING POWER AND A GOOD ASSORTMENT OF ATTACHMENTS. I WISH THAT THE BATTERY LASTED LONGER.

I own a Dyson like this so I bought this one for my oldest son's family. Pro: Mine is so easy to use, is always charged and ready to go, and the most amazing thing is that it will do all the hardwood and tile areas in my house (about 3000 square feet) on one charge. It is the "go to" vacuum in my home. Con: While this vac always has a strong suction, the texture of some rugs can tax the floor rotor motor and battery.
