Battery barely lasts 10 minutes before dying and then takes HOURS to recharge. Going to get it fixed or swapped out. I do love the floor attachment. That’s the only plus. If you live in a tiny apartment with no pets or kids, then maybe this will work for you.

Battery last only 10 minutes

And im only taking hardflood use, no carpets at all. It is only 1month old, so im not sure if I received defective item or 10 minutes runtime is all it is. Low power setting is useless because vacuum has not enough suction then.

If you are using MAX that setting is made for spot cleaning and only gets 7-10 minutes of runtime. High Suction is made for normal use and has a 30 minute runtime.

Do not use on carpet!

It was missing the wand and didn’t keep a charge. Very frustrating. When it did work, I loved it. I exchanged it for a different model. Crossing fingers fingers, it keeps the charge.
