Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It's still too early to buy cordless vacuum cleaners they're all the same if you want long battery life then you need to go commercial grade and buy like a Milwaukee vacuum cleaner. The cfms are definitely lower but the batteries last forever. Oh yeah these vacuums are not light and you're going to pay a lot more for but they work pretty good

MAX provides a boost of suction for larger debris or more stubborn messes. This mode should not be utilized for your everyday cleaning, as it will only give you about 7 minutes of run time. Regular suction is generally suitable for every household, and gives up to 30 minutes of run time (20 when using a motorized tool). Poor battery life
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have owned my Dyson Animal Pro + for less than 3 years, using it once every two or three weeks between my cleaners' visits. Recently, the battery died. It will work for 20 seconds max and then cut out. If I plug it back in for a few seconds, I'll get another 20 seconds out of it. I called Dyson and they offered me a marginal discount on a replacement battery, which retails for $100. Clearly, they don't think that is was exceptional for the battery to have died this quickly For a product that costs this much, the battery ought to last longer than 35 months of light use. Don't waste your money.

When purchased from an authorized retailer or Dyson directly, the V7 Advanced Origin cordless machine does have a 2-year manufacturers warranty. When the warranty exhausts, we still provide diagnostic support for the machine, including inspections at our very own Dyson Service Centers, and parts can be purchased.
