Megadeth in the past few years have gone downhill!

I've heard every Megadeth album out there and this isn't great but it's definitely not the worst either. There are some very cool riffs and beats on this album.

Has Yet to Grow on me. It seems like I like every other Megadeth CD they put out. This one has not yet grown on me but I will give it some more time.

In my opinion, this is the best Megadeth album in years. Certainly the best since Youthanasia. The crunch is there. The drums are very punchy and fat. The bass is thick. The guitars are shredding. I also really like what they did with Mustaine's voice; the grit is there, and the octave effect really thickens things up a bit. In some parts, I get a Testament (band) vibe--which is a good thing. If you like their songs "Kill The King" and "Gears Of War," you will probably dig Dystopia. Not too crazy about the title track (a little too melodic, for me), but the rest of the album is killer Metal riffing. The sound has been a bit modernized, and it works.

Megadeth has regrouped, refined, and cranked up the fury. With the replacement of the drummer and lead guitarist, Dave Mustaine has breathed new life into the aging icon of thrash. The new line up is fast, tight, and cohesive. Dave's lyrics are sharp and merciless, giving no quarter to it's intended victims. I highly recommend this cd, especially the Best Buy exclusive version with additional tracks. Dave has got his snarl back ... and it shows.

In my opinion, this is the best Megadeth album since Rust in Peace!! Excellent musicianship, top notch production, and the new players are killer!! Every track is good!! Buy the best buy 2 bonus track version...it's worth the extra money!!!

In my opinion this is the best Megadeth album in years. It's more consistent from start to finish. It's heavier than it's recent predecessors. Lyrics are more interesting but remain catchy at times as well. The guitar solo's are also reminiscent of their earlier work. It may be the best album since "Countdown".

Solid effort. Better than last record. I like Kiko better than Chris Broderick who was more like a robot. Kiko's style is closer to Marty, who I loved as a lead player. Overall good.

This is a great product. Loved the show in VR. Only negative is I want more. When will there be more artist to see in vr?

I had my expectations set pretty low, but with the addition of Kiko to the group this albums is a return to form. Great stuff.
