    I bought this for my vehicle. I check on the site, and it said this could be installed on my vehicle. However, when I went to make an appointment for the installation, I was told it was not compatible with my vehicle. Truly disappointing.

    I dont care to much for the cameras reverse lines. They dont turn as they should and dont straighten as u back up. It dont work as the cameras that comes with ur car

    Camera works ok. Installer's attitude was rotten. All his conversation was about changes in my install. to make his job easier. Best Buy response to complaints is poor.

    Best Buy site had an embedded app which said that it would work in my 2008 Toyota Avalon Limited. Best Buy installer said it would NOT work in my car. Got my money back, but aggravating.

    I got this due to it being on Best Buy deal of the day. The picture quality is weak. Also the image is reversed. It says it AFTER setup on the screen. Who wants a reversed camera??? I would return it but after paying for camera and installation, I didn’t do that. Buy a different brand and review to make sure the image isn’t backwards. It’s really confusing.

    after putting car in reverse, camera activates for about 3 or 4 seconds, then it switches off for about 5 seconds! useless! right at the most critical time camera is not active and can only see blank screen with message "please look at your surroundings while backing". terrible product, will return for full refund.
