Helping with backup camera

Didn’t work
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchase this product on sale for 50, was really excited about it, and book a installation with Best Buy but when I dropped off my car the technician guy call me and said the camera did not work so I had to replace it with another one at original price. Hopefully it was just me because it has really good reviews.

Not waterproof
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was very disappointed with the product. I thought unit was waterproof but it’s not. I took my car for a car wash and right when got out of the car wash, the screen was flashing, flickering like you know, old tv with no signal. Got home, checked all the wirings, everything look fine so definitely not the wiring. I ended up exchanging it for the pioneer one. So far so good. Gotta say though i liked the idea of the camera attached to my license plate as i didnt feel like drilling a hole through my car.

Thanks to the techs at Crutchfields for helping me with this without having to pay a 200$ geek fee.

Great backup camera for my suv

This was as n upgraded version Nate suggested with the colored lines that show up. The only negative thing is every time you back up the camera goes black with a warning that says "please check your surroundings before backing up" I dont know how or if I can disable that.
