Dead out if box

Seemed as though it was an opened box as the wires were not factory wrapped with a zip tie. I went ahead and installed anyway since I waited too long to install and guess what... camera does not work. Will have to replace with another.. atleast the truck is all wired for it now.

I can not get it to work. I have put it on the back burner until a later date and time where I hope I can find more info on how to get it to work.

We just changed to a different model sold and installed by Best Buy. Hopefully, we have better luck with the new one. Stay away from this one.

Didn’t even last a year :(
