The product picture isn't always good enough to see at night or in my garage. At times, when I switch gears to reverse, it doesn't always show the pictures.

Works as advertised and was easy to install. I love being able to see directly behind my truck

Picture is very grainny. When it clears up it is good but most of the time it is not clear. Still better than looking through a plastic window

First one worked but, wouldn’t keep date and time. Received a warranty replacement. Display doesn’t work at all. Requesting refund.

The back up camera works fine. There is no indication how far you are from something when backing up. The installation job was crap. Every time I go over a bump, the camera flashes on.

Works great. Occasionally I have a fuzzy image but I can still see well enough to use it.

My son installed it himself. Great for increased safety backing up his pickup and easier now to hook up trailer

Great camera that helps allot with backing trailers and boats.

If you have a newer vehicle then don’t waste your money. Installed it on my 2011 Chevy Colorado and the signal won’t even reach the Cabin. I have to hold it up just to get a snowy picture at best. Called the manufacturer and they told me I’d have to wire in a relay to run from engine compartment to camera in back. So it would no longer be wireless and that would have involved four wires. I left it wired up but it is useless. So don’t waste your money if you have a truck

The EchoMaster wireless backup camera and color monitor kit was very easy to install. I'm very pleased with the monitor quality and picture clarity.

We recently purchased our first ever travel trailer RV. Since we didn't have cameras installed with it, we decided to check with Best Buy, to see if they had any that would work. The sales rep was fantastic!! My husband told him what we needed the camera for, where we wanted to install it at and because we technically needed 2 cameras, the sales rep looked through all of the hookup information, to make sure the cameras would work together. We were very impressed! Cameras were extremely easy to hookup with no problems and work wonderfully!!

Clear screen display and easy to see with the lines that indicate what is behind you

...but i couldnt get it installed in my Mazda5, due to the way the car was constructed, there was no way to get into the taillight wiring to connect the camera. I mean, i can't talk much about something that wasnt installed...

Pretty good wireless camera picture not always perfect sometimes fuzzy but on a big 2010 Tundra. Good for the price though and let's me back up when plowing or to a trailer hitch

I purchased a different camera and the install techs at my local Best Buy refused to install it because they didn't want to deal with the hassle of wiring it directly to the digital media receiver that they were also installing. Instead, they insisted I needed to use a wireless camera. Here are the issues I've found: 1. It picks up other people's backup cameras while I'm driving or in a parking lot. 2. It flickers on and off while I'm driving, which makes me think the techs did not install it properly. 3. It doesn't always turn on when I'm in reverse. 4. The second screen is inconvenient and its stand is incredibly flimsy. In addition to all of this, the installation was sloppy. They cracked my dashboard and the rubber wire housing on my door was not resealed, so water can now get into my rear door causing concerns for potential rust forming. I called Best Buy to attempt to rectify this issue and the tech I spoke to was rude, argumentative, and full of excuses. Finally, he admitted that installing the camera that I initially wanted was "too much of a pain". This is not the type of service I expect, especially after spending an additional $200 for a TotalTech membership that promises "24/7/365" support.

Had an apt for hook up but was called by technician saying it would take so much longer because of the camera. After hanging up, it is a remote camera so there was no need to reschedule. Hope we are still happy with it when we do get it set up.
