Love my ecobee
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Does everything that I want it to do. Works great with HomeKit and easy to install. Just follow the directions and it takes about 30 minutes. I didn't even have a C-Wire but the kit works like a champ.

Great Smart Thermostat

I came to the conclusion that the Ecobee was a better choice. Based on ease of installation and the ability to add room sensors made choosing the Ecobee a no-brainer. The fact that it works flawlessly with Amazon's Alexa and my Wink Hub, is another plus for the Ecobee. I purchased the Ecobee 3 and two room sensors for the price of the nest alone. I'm very happy with the Ecobee and would recommend it to friends and family.

Ecobee 3 Lite

I really like the geofencing and scheduling options that it has. I do wish you could offset the range on the geofencing but it is a radius around the thermostat location which is OK but during the summer I spend a lot of weekend days during the summer on the river within a mile of my house, but if that is the only issue I have Ill just disable the geofencing during those days.
