Really good thermostat. Very easy to work and access on the app. Only flaw is can only be accessed by one phone app.

Have been needing a new thermostat and this model checked all the boxes for me. Instructions are very detailed and you have to follow them exactly, I did and didn’t have any problems setting it up. I got this model also because it’s Home Kit capable. It is the only Home Kit device I have and I’ve not yet set up instructions, right now I’m just enjoying accessing my ecobee from my phone or work computer if needed.

I did a lot of research before selecting a smart thermostat and I'm extremely happy with this purchase. I chose the Lite version since I did not want Alexa integrated and always monitoring my home. Even without voice commands, I can easily monitor and change settings from anywhere I can access the Ecobee website. Unlike other reviews I have found online, I personally have not had any issues with Ecobee customer service. My only warning would be to make sure you set your threshold settings appropriately to avoid AUX heat running unnecessarily. Overall, I would recommend this Thermostat to anyone interested in a simple yet effective smart thermostat.

Nice design and easy to use features to optimize energy use. Very good customer support as well.

Was a bit frustrating to install but since then it has been working great and pairs wonderful with my iPhone.

Great buy, easy installation with the help of ecobee agent

I compared various smart thermostats and was leaning towards Nest until I found this one. Very easy to install, even when my original thermostat wiring did not include 24V power. The included power adapter was easy to install by my furnace control panel and I was up and running in 30 minutes. Only downside I see at this time is the inability to set different "home" comfort settings. For instance in the morning when everyone is getting up, I'd like the heat set at 71 or so but in the evening after work, I try to leave it at 68. Haven't found a way to make those different. Might be able to do it in Homekit, just haven't researched enough to see.

I love bein able to use this with HomeKit and controlling my air/heat wherever I’m at. It’s very easy to use.

The set up was a little difficult as, we have an older furnace and the previous owners used some creativity with the connections. Once set up though, it has been working as advertised.

I love this thermostat!I did a lot of research before choosing to go with ecobee. I have friends that have the nest but I like how this one shows the weather and I can use it with Apple HomeKit. So far I’ve saved some money by changing the temps especially when my schedule is different daily and a set schedule would have it running if I wasn’t going to be home for hours later. Overall I’m super happy with my purchase! I even got one for my mom!

Awesome piece of tech. A little tricky to install, but works great.

This thermostat was easy to setup but install was tricky due to wiring issues but theirs no smart home features is usable. But all in all the design and software is great!
