Great equipment

They were recommended by a trusted A/C guy I used to work with. I have two A/C units in my house and was unable to find any information on if you could operate both thermostats on one account in the app. The answer is yes you can. So no logging out and signing in under a different account. I love them.

Great thermostat - difficult install

It has made it significantly easier to adjust and set the temperature around our schedule. It allows for the HVAC system to be run much more efficiently. The only down side was the installation process. If installing in an older system I would recommend looking at the instructions first to make sure your furnace is set up properly and hasn’t been largely tampered with by the previous owner(s). I attempted to contact the support team, but they provided little help. Overall, the actual operation and features of the thermostat made it worth the installation hassles.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This is a good thermostat. I have been slowly making my home smarter little by little. This thermostat was my latest purchase. I debated on getting the ecobee 4 but I do not care for the Alexa capabilities. I use the Apple HomeKit platform and the integration with ecobee is very easy to set up. I’m noticing that the settings for the thermostat inside the Apple HomeKit app seem to trump the ecobee app. I figured if you changed your comfort values on one it would update the other. This could be user error though. I haven’t had the thermostat very long. The install was very simple and quick. So far I am happy with my purchase.
