After reviewing many different smart thermostats. I found the ecobee 3 lite to be the best for my application. It works great with Apple HomeKit!

I wanted this thermostat because it has the ability to monitor more than one location with its remote sensors(you need to buy those separately When you get the lite version). It’s really helped to even out the temp of my house

This product works well. The set up for energy savings is easy and straightforward. What a real pleasure for an item to live up to its hype.

Needed a new thermostat for a change in my heating system. I like the system monitor function, but the scheduling interface is a little confusing.

A bit of a hassle to install but the directions were clear and easy to follow. Love the ability to reset the thermostat from anywhere via the app.

Love this unit. Mostly for the fact you can purchase sensors for the cold spots and have the ‘median’ temperature appear on the display.

Great features and an ever expanding ecosystem. So glad they have a smart one (lite) without Alexa listening.

Do NOT buy this Ecobee3 "Lite" Smart Thermostat!!! It was nothing but problems from the very moment it was installed. It caused nothing but problems the whole year I owned it, until I was eventually able to talk my HVAC company to just remove the piece of junk and replace it with another thermostat. Footnote: I have a home with two heat pumps and use two Ecobee thermostats – one for each heat pump. So I also owned the Ecobee3 smart thermostat, the predecessor, (used on my other heat pump system) prior to purchasing this Ecobee3 "Lite" Smart Thermostat being reviewed here. The Ecobee3 I have had no issues with from day one (purchased about 4 years ago) and works great to this day. As mentioned above, this Ecobee3 "Lite" Smart Thermostat was eventually replaced (after a year of nothing but troubles). It was replaced with the Ecobee Smart Thermostat. The latest thermostat produced by Ecobee. This latest Ecobee Smart Thermostat, with the Voice Control and smart sensor included has also been working great. I would highly recommend the Ecobee Smart Thermostat with the voice control and smart sensor included. This one works with Alexa and is nice. BUT stay away from the Ecobee3 LITE!!!

Interface is easy to get to know and easy to operate. The app works great and allows you to monitor and change any setting on the thermostat.

I’m saving 30 percent on my heating bill because of this thing! 2000sqft home

The thermostat was very easy to set up and get working. It has a simple interface and works through your smartphone.

My grandmother always had problems working her thermostat. Additionally, she has been making a solid effort to become more tech savvy. This product provides her a perfect solution for both.

Excellent product, Technically said it wouldn't work with my Burnham Boiler but actually was able to find a work around and now works great.

Our Furnace and A/C has been running more efficiently ever since I installed ecobee. I recommend it over any older thermostat.

So far I really like this thermostat. It alerted me to an issue with my furnace and now things are running smoothly.

This thermostat was recommended by a friend and I purchased one for myself. I had a little trouble with the wiring of the unit but Ecobee's customer service was excellent and solved the issue immediately. I couldn't be any happier. The thermostat itself is great and easy to use. It can be controlled from a cellphone via Ecobee app.

Works wells, little more complicated to in stall compared to Nest but worth it!
