    So far so good. I like being able to control from my phone and turn to away mode when gone. I haven't figured out (taken the time) how it works with Alexa.

    It was a little bit of a struggle to get this installed because there is a part that you have to plug into the attic but overall I love it

    Purchased two thermostats, because I have a zoned system. I was excited about this product, but didn't receive any help from customer service with install. Emailed them pictures of the a/c unit control board, thermostat wiring, and haven't received a call back. This is the 3rd week since I sent the information. Thanks for ruining my excitement. Luckily I work with a guy who is very knowledgable in the hvac field and installed at the fraction of the price of other hvac companies companies. Ecobee you can do better, dont leave customers hanging.

    Took a bit to get it set up with my old system but it works great now. Love the ability to change things via the app and not having to go into the thermostat itself.

    I got thus unit with the recommendations of an HVAC rep. I was then told that i needed a power source close to it because it doesnt have an internal battery. Took it back to get a nest.
