Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Came home to a furnace blowing nothing but cold air. Called a tech out because it's cold as ever in WI. I now sit $200 (evening emergency charges included) later, I sit disgusted. The thermostat was installed correctly. He doubled checked that. Also it has worked since date of install until today so approx 2 months. Anyway I assumed it may be the ignitor. Nope, Goodman furnace that's almost 2 yrs old didn't give any codes etc. So he decided to "trip" the wire to test thermostat welp the furnace ignited. He reinstalled the old thermostat & it worked. I won't freeze tonight. But exactly one day past return date. So hopefully I get some resolution when I call ecobee direct tomorrow.

Worst customer support
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Had this installed in my home. Worked fine for 2 weeks then the thermostat won't heat. Called customer service 4 times to follow up and each time they asked me to do their "troubleshooting" and would not send a replacement. In the end none of it worked and in the 2 weeks my house I winter didn't have a functional thermostat. Finally gave up and return the broken item back.
