Really great thermostat. Works seamlessly with Apple HomeKit!

Install was simple. Directions were good but I think they are even better now after they updated them. WiFi is very handy and settings are easy to adjust either on phone or on the device itself. Kind of pricey as I needed two but the rebate from PG&E helped. No regrets on getting them. Would do it again if I needed to.

Excellent thermostat, but I have gripes. It doesn’t feel simple enough for my partner to change the temperature. And I would love the “time to cool” info that the nest shows. It had that feature advertised, but I don’t see it. Otherwise I love the time of use sync, scheduling, exterior sensor, and the premium look!

Set up was very easy and Thermostat/App are very informative. They let tou know the status of your equipment and even if there is an issue with your HVAC system.

I like that it works with honekit unlike the nest which doesnt. I works very well the only thing is that the smart sensor and the actual unit read different temperatures but it guves you the averages so at the end it is accurate.

This thing is incredible. Absolutely destroys nest in every way possible. Looks a lot more modern and nicer on the wall as well. I’ve had both and in my opinion nest doesn’t even come close to being as useful. This saves me more money than a nest did as well.

Replaced my Honeywell with this. I don’t use comfort settings but I do use it with HomeKit shortcuts and automations for when I get home and when I leave. So far no issues. And the sensor for my bedroom is even better to keep the room cool!

Very nice thermostat, Mrs. a few features that I miss from my nest, but overall pretty nice. The interfaces in the app don’t seem to be as intuitive as some other brands. I love the multiple sensor thing to control temperatures for sleeping and stuff.

Now I can adjust the temp in the house from bed via Alexa! This device definitely is worth the price. Install was a little challenge because my wiring was not obvious to me. After a bit of a wait on the phone I got to a technician who got me to installed in just a few minutes. He knew exactly what I needed to do. Total winner!

This my second Ecobee, I had an Ecobee3 for many trouble-free years. When I saw this new model come out, I had to own it!! The screen is 1000% better than the previous models, not only is it bigger it is very bright and clear. I love the fact they now offer more than just 2.4ghz Wi-Fi connection, I never had any connection problems with 2.4 on my old ecobee but now we have more choices. The install was very straight forward, installed the back plate, hooked up the wires and fired it up. I have a simple natural gas furnace with only central air, nothing fancy. Only problem I had with the wiring, I have a Rh wire which I hooked up to the proper terminal, and when I turned the power on to the furnace, no response on the Ecobee. So, I used the built-in trouble shooting instructions and it said I had to hook my Rh wire to the Rc terminal, never mentioned it in the set-up instructions. Worked just fine after that. I already had 6 smart sensors which I was able to easily pair to the new thermostat. Overall, I am very happy with this thermostat and highly recommend it.

Two thermostats are in and they work great. My house is 30 + years old and the thermostat wires did not have the 5th wire for common. Cost me several hundred dollars with HVAC to have lines dropped........Total Tech installer said he couldn't install them but he could have. The Eccobee comes with a wiring adaptor. I could have saved the money on the lines.

Love this thermostat. Setup was easy. Customer service was excellent, in case you have any wiring questions. Total control with a very intuitive app. And it look good on the wall.

The Ecobee Premium thermostat is sleek, and has all the bells and whistles you could ask for. A premium touch screen, an extra room sensor, air quality sensors, and a great app. Its helped bring our heating/cooling costs down- without having to sacrifice comfort. Would definitely recommend!

Way better than nest. I feel that its settings make more sense and it was easier to install. Screen user experience is better and works with Android and iPhone well.

Such an awesome purchase. We had the "normal" ecobee in our previous home. When we moved, I purchased the Premium ones to put in the house. Both install were very quick, maybe 10 minutes per devices. Linked all our previous sensors, and everything ran smoothly.

Great thermostat. I love the sensor features that allow tell it what sensors to read at what time of day. It super helpful at night.

Love my Ecobee this is my second one and I highly recommend! I can check ‘ adjust temperature while away from home on the app! Easy to install and very easy to program.

Works perfectly so far as I can tell. It has more capabilities than I am using right now. But, as I get more familiar with it, I'm sure I will be able to use it to a level more to the device's capabilities. Looks great on the wall. Who would think a thermostat could be fun?

Fantastic thermostat with a good array of handy features. It is wonderful to be able to control your home's temperature while away. I highly recommend this product.
