I’m not too impressed. It was easy to set up but It is overshooting the set temperature range constantly, more than my old Honeywell, I expected it to at least have that on point for this price range. The Alexa feature is great, but only if you don’t already have an Alexa. The weather is nice to have as well but I don’t use it for that enough to be worth the price point but I bought it because I wanted something looking nice on my wall instead of the old digital buttons. In my opinion though thermostats should be used for what they are. I would be impressed if it could take the weather and economically adjust the temp on its own but that tech isn’t here yet, neither is weather prediction. Just to much money and to early for these “high tech” thermostats, it does however look better than my older model, but that’s just my opinion and experience.

new interface is nice. and nice that it works with the older sensors.

Bought it back in November during Black Friday for condo at the beach so we could monitor and adjust the temeperature from home. Tried to have Best Buy install it but the technician that was sent literally looked at it and said nope so had to install using the Ecobee help line, who were great. The thermostat stopped transmitting and after checking on it, found out it was dead. Luckily had the insurance on it so was able to swap for a new one and will be going down to have it installed this weekend so we'll see if this new one works out or dies as well. Overall it worked pretty well until it didn't.

Super easy to install and set up in the app. I also love the auto feature where you can just leave your ac/ heat within a range of temperatures and it heats/cools accordingly!

Out of the box this unit is saying my home is 64° and 82% humidity. Ive verified with multiple other sensors that its 74 and 60%. Dead on arrival.

This thermostat was amazing until we hit the one year mark. It no longer works and no i have to decide if i want to invest in another Ecobee or go back to a Nest.

The only good part of this is being able to see the temperature at a glance. If you set your temp for 71 it will almost always be 72 in the house. Almost impossible to get help on the phone.
