The metal finish definitely looks a lot nicer and it is good to have a the air quality sensor. But somehow the air quality sensor sometimes showed fair or poor when the air was fine, and the windows were open. But I am not sure how useful that is. Amazon Echo is good to have, but the response got hijacked to this unit only even though we speak to some much closer Echo unit than the thermostat, so I don't know what happened. Other than that, it is a pretty good upgrade.

Great thermostat. I love the sensor features that allow tell it what sensors to read at what time of day. It super helpful at night.

I'm really happy with my new ecobee Smart Thermostat. I was able to install it myself in just a few minutes, and it's been working great since then. The thermostat is really smart, and I should be able to save a lot of money on my energy bill. It's also been really comfortable in my home thanks to it's sensor, and I love the fact that I can control it from my phone.

This product is awesom. You will see tremendous savings instantly on your bill.

The hardest part was wiring from the old thermostat to the new one and the app was very helpful walking though different scenarios. Older home was a little tricky but once that was done it was just pkug it in. Works great!

Now I can adjust the temp in the house from bed via Alexa! This device definitely is worth the price. Install was a little challenge because my wiring was not obvious to me. After a bit of a wait on the phone I got to a technician who got me to installed in just a few minutes. He knew exactly what I needed to do. Total winner!

If you’re looking to come in to the future in your world of thermostats this is your ticket. Easy setup and great online Tec help if you have a problem setting up. I’d highly recommend this thermostat.

We really enjoying it. One of the best purchases we have bought from Best Buy. Thank you for all the help and the suggestion to buy the specific product. We are very comfortable using it and also how it’s adjusted with the outdoor temperature.

Set up was very easy and Thermostat/App are very informative. They let tou know the status of your equipment and even if there is an issue with your HVAC system.

Excellent thermostat, but I have gripes. It doesn’t feel simple enough for my partner to change the temperature. And I would love the “time to cool” info that the nest shows. It had that feature advertised, but I don’t see it. Otherwise I love the time of use sync, scheduling, exterior sensor, and the premium look!

Install was simple. Directions were good but I think they are even better now after they updated them. WiFi is very handy and settings are easy to adjust either on phone or on the device itself. Kind of pricey as I needed two but the rebate from PG&E helped. No regrets on getting them. Would do it again if I needed to.

I like that it works with honekit unlike the nest which doesnt. I works very well the only thing is that the smart sensor and the actual unit read different temperatures but it guves you the averages so at the end it is accurate.

Very nice thermostat, Mrs. a few features that I miss from my nest, but overall pretty nice. The interfaces in the app don’t seem to be as intuitive as some other brands. I love the multiple sensor thing to control temperatures for sleeping and stuff.

This thing is incredible. Absolutely destroys nest in every way possible. Looks a lot more modern and nicer on the wall as well. I’ve had both and in my opinion nest doesn’t even come close to being as useful. This saves me more money than a nest did as well.

Replaced my Honeywell with this. I don’t use comfort settings but I do use it with HomeKit shortcuts and automations for when I get home and when I leave. So far no issues. And the sensor for my bedroom is even better to keep the room cool!

Installed with new ac. So far love it! Monitors and adjusts air perfectly . I added 2 more sensors for other rooms and it keeps everything perfect.
