Doesn’t work with our heating system very complicated to hook up.

Does not work. This it is a piece o garbage . I put on refrigerator and did not work

i struggle pairing these sensors with ecobee thermostats.

I have installed three of these remotes (in addition to the one included with the ecobee3 theromstat), to extend the efficiency of the ecobee3. Now only the temperature in rooms that are occupied are considered in determining the temperature sensed by the thermostat. My thermostat is in a location that is convenient for seeing and accessing the thermostat, but it is a room that I rarely use. With the remotes, the temperature of rooms actually in use is averaged and used to determine whether more heating or cooling is required in the rooms where people actually are. From the thermostat, I can see at a glance what the temperature is in each room with a sensor and whether that room is occupied. Comfortable temperatures actually seem to follow me around the house. In reporting data provided by the thermostat, I can graphically see when temperatures were adjusted based on occupancy information.

Easy to install (took me 10 minutes) work great! I installed 1 upstairs and 1 downstairs, enabled smart away feature upstairs (I am typically downstairs except in the evenings) and disabled it downstairs. Should save me money on electric bills. Eliminates the hot and cold spots in my house. The ecobee support is excellent.

These remote sensors are what set the Ecobee thermostat apart from all of the competition. The Ecobee comes with one that I used in our bedroom. I purchased this two-pack and put one upstairs and one in our kitchen. Now we can have our comfort levels follow us as we move around the house. The occupancy sensor in each remote works with the temperature sensor. If there is no movement, that remote is not "averaged" in with the other sensors. Once movement is detected, it "comes online" and works with the thermostat to provide the comfort level you have set for that area.

If you're running the ecobee3 home thermostat, add on sensors in every room are a must. I installed these and immediately my thermostat recognized which room I was in and kept it my desired temperature and did so moving from room to room as I did. I could not be happier with this purchase.

Nice little sensors to help get a true sense of temperature variation and zones in your house. Interesting to monitor and helpful for your overall system function.

This two pack of remote sensors really expands the abilities of the ecobee thermostats. Using them to better average my homes temperature has made my ecobee 3 much more accurate and my home more comfortable!

Added a couple of these to my existing setup and works great for extra bedrooms. Definitely a must if you have a home with multiple rooms you want to regulate temp.

Great addition to the Ecobee. I have them located throughout the house and it helps keep the temp just right.

We bought these to add on to our Ecobee thermostat since our bedroom happened to be hotter than the rest of the house. This has helped control the temperature better.

I purchased the ecobee system during black friday and i have issues with regulating the air throughout the house. I purchased the additional sensors with hopes that the whole house would be covered and sustain a regular temperature. Unfortunately, that is not the case 100%. This is the cheap way to attempt to get true temps without a smart vent.

Will not pair. Out of six units, only one paired. Seems like a quality control issue.

I have been pleased with the Ecobee. Easy to install and operate.
