I love my ecobee3 and these remote sensors are a big reason why. My hosue has a lot of hot spots and this helps balance that out. The occupancy sensor is great so I'm not always keeping those rooms to temperature unless they are in use. My only disappointment is that they are relatively expensive for what they do - taking the already $250 thermostat and making it almost $330. I wish the Ecobee would sell 2 extra sensors with the thermostat.

These are great, low cost way to have your Ecobee be more aware of your house, especially with the Master on a different floor than the Ecobee. Small size and multiple mounting options is great.

I would highly recommend if you have the Ecobee thermostat to purchase these sensors to add to your rooms. Once they are connected they will compare temperatures with every room you have them in and then do an average temperature. If your HVAC needs more or less heat or ac it will adjust the timing to save energy. My heatpump runs 1/2 the time is used to and my entire home is comfortable! Saving big money on my electric bill!

These Remote sensors work great with my ecobee 4 thermostat. Pairs instantly.

Adding these help make the house more comfortable. It senses the temperature and movement in each room they are located. So now when everybody comes upstairs at night to relax,the main thermostat realized there is nobody downstairs and does not care about the downstairs temp. It really helps keep the house comfortable and cost of running the heat/A.C. down.

These extra sensors are great if you need more than what comes with the Ecobee3 (the one built-in to the main unit plus one extra). Good for additional rooms/basement/etc. They work exactly like the one that comes with the Ecobee3.

I got these to improve the temperatures around my home. Thermostat is in the hall, and the farthest away bedrooms were freezing or baking, depending on the season. Adding these little gems to the system and placing them in the rooms has made a huge difference in comfort and consistent temperatures in the rooms we are occupying.

The additional sensors for the Ecobee are what make the product great. It can be expensive to put sensors all over the house, but the temperature is better under control. The pair of sensors can monitor temperature and humidity, and a custom name can be given to each one. Highly recommend this product to enhance the Ecobee thermostat.

Well worth purchasing to augment Ecobee3 Thermostat. Set up is goof proof and instantaneously pairs to thermostat once pull tab is removed from the sensor.

I live in a medium sized ranch home with living areas at the north end of the house and sleeping rooms at the south. This can lead to difficulty with a single thermostat being able to read the true house temperatures. The ecobee sensors make it so easy to adjust your home to make sure the current rooms in use are the desired temperature.

Thermostat works great and when you add these additional sensors its better, battery life in sensors seems to be the weak link.

I feel this is a must have if you have a house like we do with multiple levels and fluctuating temperatures. Before we got the sensors (and the Ecobee4) our rooms upstairs would get too hot in the summer and too cold in the winter. Our thermostat with the sensors now eliminates this problem by monitoring multiple locations.

Most ecobees only come with one home sensor. Adding these two has definitely helped with having max control and usage of the thermostat. Very easy to install. I would recommend purchasing some 3M Velcro tape if you plan on hanging them on the wall (the white or black plastic picture hanging kind).

They are small and blend in nicely. Only issue was they were assembled incorrectly so the sensors were not working, took 15 seconds to correct after receiving an email from Ecobee. Great product so far!

These are great for saving energy...I put one in each room of the house. I also use them in HomeKit to trigger automations (turn fan on when I'm in the room, turn it off when I leave). They're a bit slow to turn off, but they turn on within a minute.
