Love these paired with my ecobee+ plus really help track average temperature through out my home.

they do what you would think pretty easy to set up

Installed them upstairs. Just a few weeks in the thermostat warned the system wasn’t cooling upstairs. Needed service.

good improvement on the first generation of these sensors! the range is much better, as my old sensors would lose connections frequently just down the hall in my older home with plaster walls.

If you have an ecobee. You need this. Having these sensors help you save electricity and be environmentally friendly.

Sensors work perfectly! Makes the house temperature consistent throughout. I have five sensors. Also will tell you when a room is occupied.

Added to these to place in the two bedrooms that had no sensors. Only issue was the fact tat I needed to use the app on my cell pone to add them to the thermostat. Would ave preferred to use my laptop,

Excellent addition to the Ecobee thermostat. I added these satellite units to different rooms in our house and our overall comfort level increased.

Whiten a month, both came down with an issue. Not sure what that was, for the company sent me a warning then a way to replace them at no charge. So I did, and they have been working flawless ever since.

It might be placebo effect, but both my wife and I believe that house feels more comfortable with sensors in every room. Still need some time to optimize usage. Ecobee should create "how-to" instructions and videos so people don't have to experiment.

Very hard to keep connected. But once you figure it out, I do think these are worth it. Especially is one part of your home stays warmer or hotter.

Ecobee initially added HomeKit arming and disarming support, then abruptly removed it without any notice. I didn’t realize this change for two days, which meant my home wasn’t arming at night or when I left the house. For a so-called security product, that lack of communication is pure negligence. I also discovered another major flaw. if my thermostat loses its internet connection, even while still connected to my router, the security system will not trigger an alarm. Alarm functionality is locked behind their subscription paywall. That makes the system unreliable and focused more on driving subscriptions than protecting customers. What’s worse is the inconsistency. Even without internet, the door chime still works locally on the thermostat, yet the alarm itself won’t sound. That shows the feature is intentionally disabled unless you’re paying "or connected to the internet". This creates a dangerous situation. My home could still have power, but if someone cut the internet line, they could open a door while I was asleep and the alarm would remain silent inside the house. Between the unannounced HomeKit removal and the critical internet dependency, I’ve decided to abandon the entire Ecobee product line. Avoid this system, it cannot be trusted.

These sensors are a must if you plan to take full advantage of the Ecobee thermostat features. They sense when a room is occupied and will heat/Cool to your desired temperature based on occupancy.

It said it failed to pair, multiple times. I almost gave up. The next morning both were listed in my ecobee app... whatever error this is needs to be fixed to prevent confused customers thinking it didn’t pair!

After installing our Ecobee 4 with sensor, we added two more. This way the unit can "Follow" us and make changes accordingly, or balance out the areas on the unit.

These perform as expected. A nice addition to my Ecobee to cover two additional rooms in my home. They sync effortlessly and start reading almost instantly.

This is a great additional to my Ecobee Thermostats. Allows me to monitor the room temperature nd if the room is occupied. Pretty easy to set up.... Good purchase.

These help so much in continuing to save energy when I am not around.

Build quality is very nice but just wish that it had a humidity sensor inside of it as well. Also, Google Home is able to be asked for the temperature of a specific sensor which is nice. Just wish the app polled the temperature and occupancy of these more often.
