Who knew something this small could make such a big difference in the way the temperature flowed in a room. I called the repair company out twice to fix my HVAC and the second time out the gentleman suggested I purchase a set to regulate the heat in our bedrooms. I wish someone had told me a year ago and I would not have been sleeping in a cold spot. They really work.

They are a great add on to the thermostat. The set up was not easy for the first one. But I has no issues with the 2nd. Apart from that everything is good. I am able to use the sensors for home automation on apple home kit. The motion and occupancy triggers can be used to turn on lights

These are great when trying to cool or warm a particular room versus the entire house. I have one in our living room and one in our bedroom. 1st floor thermostat is in the dinning room and the 2nd floor is in the hallway. Our living room is generally a cooler room. So in the winter months the heat would run a little longer to bring the temperature up in that specific room if the sensor saw someone in it. Plan on getting two more. One for my wife’s office and one for my son’s bedroom. They are both in those rooms for majority of the time during the week.

Small and easy to hide. Occassional connectivity issues (5% of the time) otherwise pretty accurate as verified by another temperature gauge.

These sensors give you the ability to see the different temps around the house. They also work to help your thermostat determine when it should be running. I highly recommend getting these to complement your thermostat.

Great product. I have 4 of these in our house through out different rooms and 3 floors. I can actively monitor temperature and humidity, make adjustments. Especially for our new born baby’s room.

I wish the ecobee thermostat didnt average the temps from the sensors and it just ran off of the thermostat sensor. I have a couple of these through the house because we were remodeling and i just didnt want anything to be forgetton amd freeze through the winter. They worked well but i realised quickly thay the thermostat ran off an average temp and i was just wanting to use them as temp sensors. They work well though.

These things just opened my mind to all the things possible these days! Automatically senses which rooms are occupied and can average the temperature between all sensors or just occupied rooms for more even heating of your place! And I just found out about those automatic smart air vents that work with Ecobee, amazing! Couldn't be easier to install!

Works great to regulate thermostat settings for different times in different rooms. Upstairs registers warmer throughout each season, so these help maintain a comfortable temp year round.

After having an Ecobee 4 for awhile, we wanted to see the whole home, instead of just the room where the thermostat is and the room where the included sensor is. These do that, and they’re very easy to set up and pair. Only took about 5-10 minutes to set up and they’ve worked ever since.

Great product, easy to connect , works as promised. Very pleased with this purchase, item was $10.00 cheaper at Best Buy than at Amazon and was waiting for me in the locker that same day!

Our ecobee is saving us money and these additional SmartSensors help keep rooms that are in use at the right temps, and those not in use, at more economical settings. They are super easy to install and can be set nearly out of sight on a shelf, or even hung in the corner of the room.

The additional sensors proved to work great during the recent heat wave, working to balance the home temperature where we are in the house. Considering the end of day heat in some rooms the added sensors have worked great. We now have a total of 6.

They work as advertised and the battery life on them is great, but the only reason I can't give it 5 stars is because the price is SO high. It's almost as much as the Thermostat itself...
