Not sure what that was, for the company sent me a warning then a way to replace them at no charge. So I did, and they have been working flawless ever since.

Still need some time to optimize usage. Ecobee should create "how-to" instructions and videos so people don't have to experiment.

Failed to Pair

The next morning both were listed in my ecobee app... whatever error this is needs to be fixed to prevent confused customers thinking it didn’t pair!

They sense when a room is occupied and will heat/Cool to your desired temperature based on occupancy.

Also, Google Home is able to be asked for the temperature of a specific sensor which is nice. Just wish the app polled the temperature and occupancy of these more often.

This has made all the difference in making sure the temperature in the house is more consistent.

Didn’t see a need or use for them.
