Haven’t used the Mop feature. Pickup is fair for the price but not the very best.

This floor robot requires a lot of maintenance for the user. It needs to have the wet pad changed every time it’s done cleaning. Most times it does not finish cleaning because it gets stuck on my furniture. Does not seem as smart as other floor robots that turn around when hitting obstacles - instead remains persistent in trying to move forward causing it to get stuck. Would not recommend this one. The standard deebot without the wet mop works better.

Its not a bad vacume but as far as mopping goes it sucks it doesn't clean even the simplest spots and its tracking to get arround is crap

Absolutely in love with this! I have a messy almost 2 year old who is in the stage where she likes to throw her snacks on the floor when she is full and vacuum sucks it up perfectly! You can hook up on your phone to let it know they scheduled times you desire as well!

Excellent household device.I live with three children and they constantly walk around the house dropping crumbs on my floor.This device picks it up and gets all the corners as well as under my couch and beds.Love it! Also mops my floor!

For the cost I expected to be able to set it to go off at a specific time for a certain amount of minutes. You can only set it to go off at a certain time, but it runs until you turn it off or it runs out of battery. Not very effective.

This thing has been doing a great job at cleaning for the past week. I feel like it is a bit more gentle when it collides with things as opposed to the other robot vacuum I own. Overall, I think this was a great purchase.

This is good Product for a small home or apartment

I love this robot. I named it Greg :) feels like my own personal assistant lol. It actually saves me so much when it comes to cleaning up under my bed. It has a cool feature where it lets you know where it is when you ask google or the app, which is cool

My mom got it for her house. She has two evil dogs that are not potty trained yet. She told me that it is working and it is able to reach under the bed and certain areas where she can't have access to. She is a happy buyer so far.

Had one in the kitchen so I thought it would be nice to have one to keep the floor clean in the garage. It works good in the garage. It will not pick up screws but it was never intended to do that. It works great on dust and dirt.

i really wanted to love this product but returned after 1 week. it would only run for 40 minutes and take about 3.5 hours to charge. it would also constantly stop to ask to clean its sensors, after a while it also left a huge amount of water behind while mopping. the tank would be empty and it had only done 100 sq ft according to the app, so that's a lot of water for a small amount of space.

Worst piece of technology ever purchased. I would never recommend this to anyone

Get stuck on anything and everything. It will go into the bathroom and close the door and get stuck. But it does vacuum and mop pretty well.

Does vaccum and mopping both, down side is it does not store house floor map so end up not cleaning every where and we have manually put it to the correct clean place, overall value for money
