I had one before and it qas supposed to be great but was not. I bought this and it is awsome , it vacuum hard floors and carpets, great battery life and returs to base wene low, also talks.

This is one of the best purchased thia year. The robot doesn't have the mapping capabilities but it does follow the entire length of the room before it turns back so there are no spot left uncleaned.

We love this sweeper. We have multiple animals and this thing has cut the amount of sweeping around the house significantly. the automated system and overall format for the money is a great buy

My last Deebot was better. This one barely understands how to find it’s charging station.

This is a good started robot vacuum. It doesn't mop really well, but in most cases, malfunctioning devices don't perform all advertised functions very well.

Disappointed as I thought this vacuum had a mapping feature, but it doesn’t. It randomly just bumps into everything like my cheaper vacuum from Amazon.

It works well but it doesn’t connect very well with the app. It doesn’t come with the pet hair tool even tho the box make it seem it does

The main benefit of a robotic vacuum is to save time by providing automated cleaning of the home. This model does that job extremely well. It is very powerful for its size, and I was very impressed with the amount of dirt and particles that it captured. It is very easy to use, and does an admirable job of keeping my home clean. There is a lot to like about this robot vacuum. Not only is the suction quite powerful, but the vacuum itself is surprisingly quiet. The quietness is a definite plus if you have pets that get spooked by loud vacuums, which most pets do. My dog didn’t seem to mind it working, even though she was curious at first. The App is versatile and allows for a very deep level of customization and control. I was easily able to program and monitor the vacuum via Wi-Fi with ease. There are 4 suction and 2 mopping water flow levels to choose from. The App also features a convenient schedule function. The navigation features such as anti-collision and stair protection work well. I was very impressed in how well it navigated around obstacles and tight spaces. Make sure that you pick up loose items and clear obstacles that it can get stuck on, remember this is a robot vacuum not a tank. I have a two story home and in about one hour it was able to clean both stories, off of one charge. I really like that when the battery is low, it will return to the charging station automatically. I cleaned the second story first, and then moved it to the first story, where the docking station is, so that when it was finished it automatically docked itself to the charger. I can confirm that the vacuum was smart enough, on its own, to not drive itself over and down the stairs. I used the mopping function in my kitchen, and found that it did a good job of mopping the floor. Included in the packaging is everything you need to get started. The only assembly required is to attach the side brushes.

Don't know how we ever lived without this machine...picks up so much more than standard upright...going to buy another for Christmas present to Mother

My first robot vacuum. And it works great! Too a couple days for it to finally figure out my house but after that, no problems!

Although it is affordable compared to others, it takes too long and doesn’t do as good of a job as others on the market.

I did return this item wasn’t want I was expecting… setup was easy able connect and took some time to map out the house… The vacuum did seem to have good suction but when it came to the mop very poorly it mopped all over the place here and there type and missed areas…

This purchase is a holiday present and has not been used. However, we have an older model we do like.

This vacuum is a workhorse. It vacuums the entire house. Wife moves it room to room and it gets under the beds removing dust bunnies and dog hair.

My husband wanted one. We got it and we have zero regrets. We turn it on when we watch tv and it makes such a difference in our floor. Works like a charm!

I purchased this product as a Christmas present for my wife. It turns out to be a headache. This is the wrong product for you to get if you actually want your house cleaned. The settings for it is going in a circle, zigzag or edge, well it seems as though none of those options work because it just does what it wants. There is no smart technology in this device at all. Waste of money and effort.

Purchased my my boyfriend. He returned the vacuum because he did not want it. It work ok in his house with no pets or kids.

It so great that it clean really good but the most I love about is the vacuum because I have 3 dogs and it clean all my house

I love it. It is not perfect but for the price the U2 is an excellent Robotic Vacuum.
