0 stars. I hate this vacuum with a passion. I now understand why it was so cheap. It does not have a remote. It’s only controlled by the app on my phone which sucks if I’m not home and someone else is and now it’s not connected to my phone it’s loud and I’m sitting here with an infant on my lap and it turns on and I can’t shut it off without getting up and turning it off because it’s no longer connected to my phone although it’s obviously operational it’s a piece of junk. I hate it with a passion. It’s my third one and the first two were awesome this one’s junk

Bought for the house as we were expecting twins. Works well and is very quiet however often gets stuck under the couch or will not thoroughly clean an area. Would recommend running daily. good bang for the buck when compared to other robotic vacuums that are double and even triple it's price.

I really really like this vacuum cleaner. It cleans fine debris, dust and fur from my cat quite well. I like the fact that I can turn it on remotely and come home from work to a clean house.

Works as it should. After buying this one and realizing I would prefer one with mapping I bought another more expensive model of the same brand. Both have worked extremely well.

I’m usually a fan of Deebot robotic vacuums. I have the T8+ at home and purchased the U2 yesterday for my office. But I’m not impressed at all with this U2 and will be returning it. I was under the impression that it had a uniform cleaning pattern and wasn’t completely random navigation but it only has the uniform cleaning latter when in mopping mode. Granted this aspect is my own fault and I’m not factoring it into the star rating I’ve given. The suction is very good and love how the dust bin locks into the water tank making it one piece. The deciding factors making me want to return this unit is I feel the sensors are not good enough and will half the time approach something and slow down to a stop and the other half it bumps directly into furniture, walls, etc. I know that’s typical for all robot vacuums but this thing will go full speed right into something and actually damaged the leg of one chair. It also 75% of the time cannot find its charging base no matter where I put it, even if it’s facing it 3 feet away it will just turn around and travel to the other side of the room. This unit may be good for some but it just isn’t good for me.

Cleans well, but it doesn’t learn house. Gets stuck.not worth the price

Cleans small dust, dirt, and pet hair really well. Easy to set up and use. The modes are a little off to me though. I thought it would initially do a random pattern to learn the room then be a little more systematic. Instead, it continued to clean in random spots. Sometimes, same spot more than once. Also, when I return it to home, it took a good 30mins to get back to the base. This is my first and only cleaning bot.

It’s pretty cool. Just wish it didn’t die out as fast but it sweeps the floor okay! It’ll be better if it mapped out the entire house

Helps maintain everyday life but I don’t like how I can’t control the robot on my phone (remote) the only way to “steer” the robot in the direction I want it to go is to stand in front of it blocking its way from moving any other direction. Haven’t used the mop feature yet but fingers crossed it’s ok too! Overall ok product maybe not for the price depending on how often you utilize it.

Really good, not too loud. The only thing is the battery, doesnt last too long if you are planning on using the mop as well.

Almost fell down the stairs, but we place boxes in front of the stairs and problem solved. Works great.

I like the idea of having a device that can keep the house Tidy however the vacuum doesn’t come with a remote or the ability to move the vacuum to specific spots via the app. You only have 3 options AUTO/Corners/Spot clean. And if you choose spot clean you need to pick your vacuum up and place it in the area you want it to clean which defeats my purpose of having it. I might as well just pick up my corded vacuum instead. It’s also a pain trying to get the robot to find its home. With my older deebot model N79/SE I could at least steer the robot from where I was in the house to it’s charging dock via the app or the remote that was provided.

This little guy helps out a lot! I have evil cats that love to make messes and us humans putting dirt everywhere! I named mine Wall-E. I'm not the biggest fan of the of the mopping it does, but it helps a little bit when I have it mopping. but the vacuuming is nice! At first, I didn't like it because it was kind of weird? It is kind of random when it comes to patterns, but you have to leave the robot running for a while.

Easy to setup and works great. Had trouble in download the App. Vacuum and Mopping for the low price!
