This lasted about almost 2 years. by the end it was very quirky. Did horribly on most of our rugs, so we ended up getting new ones that it did work with. Great on hardwood floors. Thank god i got the warranty on it, otherwise id regret this purchase.

Worked a little over a year then one of the drive wheels failed and nowhere to repair it so it was a garbage. If you have a pet, the hair will clump together in the vacuum dust bin and most of the time auto empty station is not able to suck it out from it. Maps overlays many times causing you to reset it, despite lidar and 3D camera it got stuck on a cable many times. Mopping feature? Wouldn't call it mopping, rather wiping and spreading dirt all over so I stopped using this feature quickly. When it worked fine it did a good job but it had so many problems...

Does everything as advertised. Have not tested the mopping feature as we have mostly carpet. App is easy to use, though you have to do a 100% successful automatic clean before you get access to the most useful app features (boundaries, scheduled cleaning, etc.)

Does a great job cleaning. App takes a minute to learn all it can do but that honestly because it can do so much! Catch them on good sales for a great value!

Like the store that sells it, The Bestbuy we ever did. We bless them every penny we pay on this item, is like having a house keep. Absolutely raccomend to any one that likes a super clean floor.

I havent had any of the mapping issues some people seem to get plagued with. The robot just slowly updates the maps as it does its scheduled jobs and never gets lost. It’s object detection is pretty good without using any actual cameras. I actually like that this robot only uses LIDAR and lasers to navigate and does not use an RGB camera to move which could just be recording everything in full color to upload who knows where. This thing just generally picks up what’s around it, avoiding hitting anything too much or too hard and can run with the lights off. Suction is great and the base works great too. It does get caught on some messy cords I have stuffed under couches but ive just blocked those areas out with virtual walls so it doesn’t get too into them.

“Franklin” has been working well so far, he’s still learning the layout of the house, but doing well. He’s a bit louder (not too bad) than expected but we run him at night with no issues. He’s only gotten stuck once so far, but has learned how to work his way out of that corner.

Nice value. Bought this and iRobot i8 from Costco at the same time. Was impressed with the speed of mapping and the noise level compared to the i8. Returned the i8 and kept this one. Really nice vacuum. There are some quirks with mopping but that is expected with a vac/mop combo.

I have been really impressed by the Ecovacs T8+ robot since setting this up for a week already. I will say I have yet to use the boundary setup, but have used the AUTO feature and mapping. The deebot is great at picking up air, dust mites, and small items. The setup is straight forward using the app and manual was helpful in the initial setup. The deebot was able to vacuum the entire house 1200sqft in two runs, it had to go back to the dock to charge to get the second half of my place. I was worried based on previous reviews that the mapping was off, but I think there have been a couple of updates to address some of these issues. My only complaint is that when it returns to remove the collected trash into the bin, hairs that clump up will sometimes get stuck. I had to empty the bin on the robot that got stuck and it was a clump of hair. Overall I think it's great for the price and it's a noticeable difference for helping to maintain in between big vacuums.

It is a great vacuum with a so so mop, but for $450 with the empty station, cannot ask for more. I did get the ozmo pro mop to add to this and it does work a heck of a lot better for the mopping portion, but still does not replace good ol' elbow grease with a regular mop.

The Ecovacs T8+ is amazing. It actually can figure out where it's going and find its way home. It also does a great job of cleaning up.

Got it on sale and added the 4 year geek squad. I have a dog and am constantly coming in and out of the house and this thing grabs every speck of dust and dirt. The mopping is great too!

Its pretty good at avoiding obstacles and navigating the rooms. I am very impressed with its performance but I will dock it one star because of the low amount of water it carries/distributes when mopping.

Best mapping robot. I liked the same time vacuum and mop option. Didn't like the mopping as much as like it would do. But no complaints.

I was looking for a vacuum that could do a good job with object avoidance - my kids leave toys on the ground and my wife leaves her purse on the ground by the door and I didn't want a vacuum plowing into these. This vacuum does an excellent job going around small objects, but it will still wind up small thin phone charging cords, those will have to be moved. The mopping feature put out only a tiny amount of water at first, but ever since I put a tablespoon of tile cleaner in the reservoir, it does a really great job. I use this on two different levels of the house and found I needed two charge docks, this works, but sometimes when I move the vacuum it doesn't sense its on the right floor and its mapping and navigation gets really messed up, so I need to keep restarting it until it senses it's on the correct floor. I would still recommend this vacuum though since it's object avoidance is excellent.

one of the best bots I've bought so far but not 100% perfect. the mop dose not vibrate like the other ones do and the way it vacummes out the stuff is not always the best. on top of the fact that the new one dose all this better its understandable that this one is a bit behind. but what it lack still makes up in cost and fuction. love the 3D camera and laser system that scans the room, love the mop feature, the app is easy to use and the system is just overall fantastic. worth the price for sure

It really liked me, i also have a deebot 930 and theres a difference, not huge but theres is, the only complaint is the high, it is like 1 cm higher than the 930 ant it doesnt allow it to go under just one sofa, so far to good

This is a terrific product. It is easy to configure and use. It does the job very well and picks up even the smallest of the dirt on the floor.

Very good at mapping and cleaning... much better than our earlier model with select-able options per room. Auto vacuum seems effortless, but still need to occasionally check roller for hair, etc. Vacuums on schedule at 2am daily, then second schedule at 4am, auto dumping in between so it's never overfull. Mopping works, but not as happy at the mopping, but there is an added component we could pick up that adds scrubbing which would help... still better than the 930 version. Price for performance much lower than competitor alternatives. Performs better than father's iRoombot/
