Excellent vacuum. It does a very good job at navigating different rooms. I bought a second one for my second floor. Also seems to be the best vacuum without a camera on it. Didn't want a camera or voice recognition due to privacy concerns. This checks all the boxes for me.

Awesome, do was supposed, easy to use, i like that is vacumm and mop

well, spending nearly 400$ on a vacuum??? why? mainly for the novelty. esp since i dont mind vacuuming and i have kids who should be vacuuming on my demand. but this thing is fun! first few times i ended up following it watching it. cleans decently, excellent mapping features, auto empty works well after 3-4 time. i would definitely buy again.

The robot vacuum is good but still was stuck in many places. Very disappointed the Deebot didn't go to the station to empty itself when as need it and even when going back for the recharge and still didn't empty self. Well, it's going back

Best buy ive done at best buy awsome machine cleans good and mops too unbelievable best investment i have done best part i can control it from my phone when im at work or wherever im at easy to use and it tells you everything on ur phone with the machine what it needs or the maintenance

Great vacuum for the price. The lidar and navigation of this robot are excellent. The app takes a little massaging to get it to save the map and set up the map properly, but once it's set it does a great job. Compared to more expensive roomba's the navigation of this robot is superior, the app is the only place that it falls short of roomba.

I love it. Works great. My daughter and I have long hair so some still gets stuck but overall the vacuum process is awesome.

Good for vacuuming but for mapping not effect all the house

Great price at Best Buy. Easiest startup right out of the box! Smartest mapping. Perfect for my 1700 sq ft. ranch home. If I had a second floor I would be tempted to buy 1 more for that floor too. Have not tried the mopping feature yet. Can’t wait to see how it performs. Will keep you posted. Highly recommend so far!

The vacuuming portions does great. Mapping isn’t the best. If you have some things new in the way it resets & maps a new house. Gets stuck here and there. Mopping sucks. Doesn’t even mop. Definitely wasted money and the N8+ which costs less is just the same but more suction power. I should’ve just went with roomba for the price cause I basically paid for a vacuum

I can’t complain the vacuum does it’s own thing it cleans

Here are my initial thoughts after having this unit for 24h. This is my 4th robot vacuum. Overall the vacuum is decent, and the mopping a joke. The software sucks. Have had mixed results with auto empty as vacuum sometimes recognizes it just as a regular dock (I don’t have any docks anywhere). Seems to have issues finding the dock. The auto empty was my main reason for upgrading from a Roomba 980. Here are some detailed points: Cleaning - Vacuuming on carpet is better than roborocks but not as good as Roomba 980 - Mopping is a joke. I’ve set to highest wet setting AND prewet the pad, but floor barely even wet. Misting may be a better description. - Seems to get lost- if I choose a specific area to clean, cleans outside that area and looks lost before it remembers what it’s supposed to do - 3D tangled my charging cable attached to wall on first use. Not better than Roomba - Seems to be too careful about approaching furniture/corners. - Does not go over my thick bath mat (Roomba did) - Not as efficient with routes as roborocks. Same fumbling as Roomba. - Routing is crazy especially when returning to dock or if you sent it to a custom area. - Reported cleaning done and returned to dock after only mopping area A. Forgot to do area B (kitchen). Area C was carpet only. Was set on auto. Dock/Auto Empty - Incorrectly identified the auto emptying bin as a regular charger and prompts me to remove charger. Sometimes does not empty on charger. - Did not dock twice (my dock is on a carpet, one of those times it had the mop attached). What’s the use of a vacuum if it prompts you to return it to the base! - The vacuum bags are stupidly expensive Software: - SW does not identify areas correctly. Has cut a room of mine diagonally! I’ve reset map several times. - SW does not allow editing of rooms. This means you can’t edit cleaning preferences and room cleaning order (so goes into my bedroom twice) and can’t select living room only as it part of the living room is part of my room. Roborox does a much better job with this. - Routing is not very efficient. Same level as Roomba. Roborox is much better. - SW does not differentiate between what to do when mopping (say 2 passes) vs vacuuming - Scheduling does not allow you to schedule a mop vs vacuum, and so doesn’t remind you to refill and put on the pad - Have heard that the SW “forgets” the mapping often - Reports on app that charging but it’s not on charger. - Battery shows battery and not percentage on app - Do not like that I have to open up my firewall to china. Their privacy statement scares me. Why do they need to share my data with anyone? I may return unless a lot of these issues are fixed.

Robot is easily lost but still a pretty smart cleaner.

First experience with this type of device, but incredibly worth it. Mopping is just ok as is, but pro mop attachment makes all the difference. Highly recommend. I did have to install new feet on my couch for it to go under though but completely worth it.

So far so good. Had to do the floor mapping a couple times initially but seems to clean well. Overall happy with it
