Good vacuum but average mop. Easy to setup and maintain

This is an incredible robot that does exactly what I want. Instead of paying my cleaner to vacuum for 45 minutes, I just run "Bender" (gave it a nickname) and it cleans for 106 minutes non-stop in hard to reach places. My dogs would run around and now it's fall, there are leaves everywhere. Bender picks it all up. Recommendation: go to the app, select continuous cleaning. This is important because it the robot runs out of battery and goes back to charge, it won't save the map. Then you can have the option to select areas to clean and mop. Some people are correct in saying that the T8+ is the T8 WITH the empty station. All in one package. Super great to select the schedule in areas that need more cleaning than others and have it clean automatically. Quiet too. Highly recommend this product.

Cleans both carpet and hardwood very well. Excellent object avoidance. However, long hair tends to get stuck in brushroll, so it periodically needs to be cut and cleaned. Also, if dustbin is too full, the base unit has a hard time sucking it out. App can be a little disorganized to find the right options, but after getting used to it, it works well.

Bought the Roomba and returned it. Never finished the whole house. Deebot maps the house and always cleans it all. Cheaper and does a better job.

Writing after 15 months of purchase. The vacuum cleaner is good only for the first few months. Its map was erratic. Didn't scan the whole house even after months. It would consistently fail to dock itself as the homing beacon was not strong enough. The self cleaning module was pathetic as most of the dust would still be in the bin. One morning, the vacuum cleaner stopped suction and dust would just be spread all over the house and vacuum cleaner would run for hours until its battery would die.

I haven't clean or vaccum my house for about 3 month now. Got it for 3 days now my whole house is cleaned. Watching it work put a smile on my face. Highly recomentded.

Great vacuum. It took a few tries to complete the initial map of the house but once that was done it was amazing. The spot clean feature is a must. Mopping is just ok but it avoids carpets in mop mode which is a big plus.

love this little bot cleans and mops the hardwood floors that show everything. I make it do two passes and will invest in the scrubbing attachment. I run it at least twice a day in my kitchen and i works!!

I wouldn’t recommend any other robot vacuum than this. It is reliable, the app is easy to use and works better compared to other popular robot vacuums (based on personal experience). Don’t hesitate to buy this!!

The robot vacuum is amazing the mop feature is so nice, and you can control water level. The app is very easy to use and works very well. Over all a great robot vacuum highly recommended

This product does a better job of cleaning my floors than I can do manually. I hate vacuuming and cleaning the floor. This is the best thing I've done for myself in years.

Mapping works great. Can set no mop zones as well as boundaries. Love the mop attachment and it works great as long as you pre wet the pad. Auto empty base holds lots of dirt in one bag

Works very well. Added the scruber for better mopping. Don't go to Bestbuy. Customer service is downright disrespectful. I will never again to to Bestbuy for anything.

Maybe 3 1/2 stars. Vacuum works well. Doesn't move my stools around and gets where it needs to except deep into corners. I think it would learn well and find the most efficient paths. However, the mapping keeps getting messed up and it has to restart from scratch which is the extremely frustrating. Also, I can't specify more than one specific square or rectangle area for it to clean at a time. It would be nice if I could send it to two specific areas with one cleaning cycle. Also the mop function is a joke. It will get small amounts of dirt off the fllor but if there are spots that are visible to the naked eye, it will not clean it up. I am impressed with the vacuum and like that it automatically knows when it goes from hard surfaces to carpet. However, the poor mapping and inability to mop, even after adding extra padding, makes me wonder if there is something better for the money.

Great to buy. Clean good. Easy install. You can controll it when you not home. I’m working until 7:30pm. 7:00pm, i’m start it with my phone. When i come home, everything is cleaned.

Works well when it works. Not much wrong with the hardware. It occasionally gets stuck in a tight spot. Any issues with it getting caught are preventable and typical for a robot vacuum: cords, horizontal legs or supports at the ground. The software, however has vexed us. It has pretty much all the features you’d want. The issue is it keeps “losing” its maps, and has to remap the house all the time and loses the schedules, custom settings for the rooms, etc. it’s just too much of a hassle. We’ve had this for just over a year and I’m pretty sick of having to trouble shoot the map issues. Also, the bin in the vacuum itself only emptied about half the time. It requires a lot of regular maintenance too, but that seems to be true of any robot vacuum.

This sucks! It doesn’t finish areas and drives from one end of house to the other end multiple times to return to unfinished areas and then the battery dies.

This is one of the best bots in the market for this price. The mapping feature is very useful. the only downside of it. Its the mopping feature that doesn't really clean as it is suppose to. I don't really like this feature I think it needs to be further developed.

Overall this vacuum is a solid choice and operates well (even the mopping feature). The app is easy to use and works pretty well so I'm not sure why others were having such big issues. HOWEVER, if you're considering getting this model for the auto empty bin and you have pets DO NOT GET IT. I have 2 Australian Shepards and I purchased this cause the auto empty feature was appealing for a lazy person like myself but there is a major design flaw in the dust bin as it has 2 mini flaps and almost instantly gets clogged with pet hair every time. I waited past my return period so now I'm SOL but if you have pets and are reading this do not purchase this model!
