Not Great For Pet Hair

I imagine future models will improve upon this. Otherwise this is a great robot vac. Easy to set up and operate. Good battery and vacuum capacity.

On which to choose between the AIVI and the 3D. I originally purchase the AIVI a week before the 3D was released. After waiting to see if anyone compared the two. I decided to purchase the T8 3D as well. I compared the two and decided for my household the T8 3D wins hands down. Had chairs in the room and the robot confused and deleted the maps! Can see lot of improvement needed in how the mobile app UI is designed.

The auto empty bin is awesome. the only issue is that the lidar sensor went out after only a week. Its been working great since it was replaced.

It also does not do well with cords. It bands into display objects pretty hard. Enough to knock over vase sitting on display table.

This is not the perfect robo vacuum as shown and highlighted in all of the reviews. It is good for basic cleaning but has a ton of issues. 1. It does not clean corners - the algorithm does not detect the corners well and it leaves 70% of the corners 2. The sensors are super sensitive and it will stop as soon as it detects something new and it will throw a dust error message and stops cleaning - such a pain 3. Rest of the functionality is good. 4. The bin is amazing

Waiting to see how well the company will go ahead to try to fix it. The robot otherwise is good, extra points because the mop is part of the robot.
