Great robot vacuum. I've owned several and this by far has been my favorite.

I was disappointed in this vacuum. The mopping function is a joke. Imagine taping a damp microfiber cloth to the bottom rear of any bot. That's what you get. Useless feature. Also, in order to do multi floor cleaning you have to haul the bot as well as the docking station up and down the stairs. It did seem to vacuum well, but no better than most cheap bots. I returned it after one day.

This is a great robot vacuum. I have a Eufy and Roomba too. This one is great because of the laser obstacle detection. I have to clean up/move obstacles before I run the Roomba and Eufy. I do not have to do that with the Deebot T8. I can run it while I am at work without worrying about it getting stuck on socks, dog toys, etc. It avoids it all! Set it up and forget about it.

We have been using it for some time and it does the job right.

This vacuum is the absolute worst robot vacuum we have ever owned. We have to run it two or three times for the floor to feel or look clean. The vacuum is supposed to be an auto empty vacuum however, that feature only works 1/3 of the time. I tried contacting the company to rectify the issue and they sent us a brand new one with a brand new base after a long battle with them. On the first run with the brand new vacuum and base it did the same thing. The dustbin wasn’t even a third full and it didn’t empty at all. I even have a video to prove it and I sent it to Ecovacs. Customer service told me I had to manually tell the auto-empty vacuum to empty after it was done cleaning a small areas of my already small apartment. Then send it back out again. I wouldn’t even give this company a chance. Go with a different company for your robot vacuum needs.

It’s amazing. Does a excellent job. Never have to sweep mop or vacuum again. Very satisfied

When we first purchased our Deebot T8 we loved it. It cleans the house very well and takes care of the mopping. The auto-empty feature worked like a charm. We have only had to perform routine cleaning. The machine itself is excellent. Our issue is the app/mapping. The robot and the app regularly lose the map of the house that it has created. To be clear we have never rearranged our house, moved the docking station, or moved the vacuum while cleaning - all things Ecovacs says can corrupt the map. Any time it happens we have also followed the instructions listed on the website for map recovery but to no avail, as our map is still lost. This effectively destroys the functionality of the vacuum. We cannot start a quick clean, clean a specific area, or clean a specific spot. Additionally, we have to set up the no-go zones every time the app is lost. We have to wait for the full map to be created every time to have these functions restored and we never know when we will lose the map and have to start again. This wouldn't be a problem if the app offered a feature to restore a previous map, but it doesn't. Until a software update occurs for the vacuum or the app receives an update that allows you to restore maps the vacuum is not worth the price tag that Ecovacs is asking.

Paid $699 and than saw it suddenly went $250 down, told family and 10 of my friends bought this product for $450, $250 Hugh difference wish we could get credit for the difference.

Works great. Very efficient. Great job of avoiding objects on the floor.

Navigation is great for this price, no complaints and the auto empty space station is a must.

Recent update from Apple I can not connect to it. But overall it works great. Both floors of house. Best money spent to keep up with cleaning floors mop and vac.

I biught anotber robot vac different brand and it would get stuck every 20 minutes. It had rollerw with brushes. This beauty has been through the house many times withiut a hitch. I cant belive how much it keeps picking up. I guees my house is dirtier than i thought. The self empty feature is a must.
