This is a great two in one (sweeper and mop) that cleans hard surfaces.

I've enjoyed having the vac as it helps keep a house with two dogs clean but it does not send the catchings to the bag very well.

Great product but sometimes gets stuck when it’s near the stairs.. takes quite some time to clean the entire floor, so plan cleaning in advance. Yet to try mopping.

Absolutely amazing robot vacuum. I upgraded from one of the Deebot 930s, which I was already pretty happy with. I'm blown away with how well this cleans, especially on carpet. The auto-emptying feature also works incredibly well. We have two dogs and three cats and run the vacuum daily. We only replace the bag once a month! This vacuum sucks (in a good way)!

Not as happy as I thought I would be with this purchase. Definitely getting it during sale was great, and for the price I paid it does everything properly. I would argue it works better than the AIVI version. But it still gets stuck, sometimes the map needs a reset, sometimes the vacuum just behaves weirdly. While I think this is a good vacuum, and I would definitely recommend, if it is not on sale I would pass.

I bought this Deebot in Oct-20 and it has one year of limited warranty. I spent 500$ on it which means i expect it to work for atleast 2-3 years but just 2 months after warranty ended the deebot stopped working. I called Customer service but they said they do not cover repairs (even for extended warramty) and I would have to ship it for repairing and pay the repair and 2 sides shipping cost. The person from repair center mentioned that there are some parts which are not available and in that case this Deebot will be discarded. So, to repair this Deebot,I would have to spend a few more 100s of dollars to fix it (with no guarantee) which makes no sense to me, I would rather buy a good vacuum in its place. I bought 4 of such deebot for my family, out of which 3 stopped working. This is good as long as it is working but after that it is trash, I regret that i could have spent that money on a good wireless vaccum that could have lasted longer.

Very quiet. Love the auto empty. It also find it way back home 95% of the time.

This work good even in dark. Mopping is an issue initially but later works good.

We were quite impressed how well it cleans both hardwood and carpet floors.

This does an okay job. It annoys me when it takes ten min to decide to cross the 1/4” ledge between our living room and kitchen. It also does not mop well or have the most sucky ion compared to others. We bought it $200 off on sale. So for that price I am happy with the purchase. At regular price I would recommend looking at other options that do better. I may update this later

The product worked better then I could have ever thought. I was concerned my wife's long hair would cause issues but sure enough it worked out really well.

Ecovacs almost never puts out updates so things never improve or get fixed that could be. It can at times be very finicky and do things that make no sense. If you have a complex layout you will have to turn 3D off or it will take forever and will leave spots untouched.
