Does a good job. Will suck up dog hair you didn’t know existed. Mopping feature could use some work. Doesn’t seem to get the floor wet.

Vacuum feature works good. Covers all areas without any problem. Mop feature isn’t that good. Overall satisfied because I didn’t buy it for the mop.

Goes a great job on carpet and hardwood. Sometimes it gets "trapped" when it really isn't but otherwise great

This ECOVACS Robotics machine has been a good performer in the dry and wet cleaning we used in our house - We were especially impressed with the house mapping and regions identification it did where previous robotic machine brands we purchased failed to do. Although it is on the higher price end, it is worth the investment with quality cleaning results.

Very useful. It’s also easy to use. I’m using this all the time now.

very good robotic vacuum that does what it says. sweeps around the area with precision and accuracy. comes with the disposable bin to empty garbage into. a nice little edition to the home. just set it and let it do its job. definitely worth the purchased. reasonable price too.

This robot had great potential. It's hardware is probably the best around after I tested several. However, the software/app is really bad. Trying to create a map of my home was impossible as it is supposed to do it automatically but it never would. Finally, after having to "relearn" multiple times, it mad a map. This took 6-8 times and several days and included several phone/email contacts with tech support (waste of time but they were nice). After about 2 weeks it lost the map and I'm back to not being able to get it to create a new one. Without a map you can't create areas to clean/not clean, schedule, mop (they use this term loosely), and setup virtual walls. Without all of that it's just a pain to use this thing. Also, every single time the vac ran it picked up a lot of carpet fibers. So much that I think it was pulling it out of my carpet vs just picking up loose debris. I never saw a successful automatic dumping of the vac storage to the base storage. The storage bin on the vac was always too full and would jam the port to the charging bin. I was going to try to solve this by having smaller jobs/doing smaller areas so when it re-docked it could successfully dump. But, back to not having a map to create these areas and schedule!

This device has made floor care almost completely automated. Mopping requires some fussing with the pads and fluids and once a month we have to swap out the bag (less when we slow down the schedule). Well worth the cost difference between this and the more fully automated versions.

I really like it but it gets stuck very easily. Had it for a week have used it 4-5 times over night and got stuck 4 times (twice one night)

Works good. Gets clogged easily though. Sometimes it goes offline and starts up real quick out of no where

This is a really great product. Perfect for everyday for cleaning. You will likely still need to mop manually every now and then. It does not clean sticky messes. My only complaint is that if the WiFi goes down you have to totally reconnect it. It doesn't "remember" your WiFi when it comes back up, which seems like a no-brainer for a smart device.

I love it although sometimes it forgets the maps which can be frustrating, but that might just be my fault.

Works great. Hasn't got caught up once. It's connets to wifi so you can launch and control from your phone.
