Great Product, easy to use and effective when you need it

Great product, its clean very well,we definitely recommend it

The first time I tried this cleaning machine, I knew I have made a right decision. This robot vacuum machine did everything by itself, clean the entire floor, returned to the auto-empty station, emptied the vacuum and recharged itself for the next use. I am so happy that I purchased this robot and it has made my life much easier.

I have tried 6 of them. After one after the other presenting inssues. After 6th, I was fed up with it and went with the shark vacmop one. Cheaper and does the job. I was afraid the shark reviews about the battery life. Not true, it runs for as long as this one and recharges fast. Anyways, I would not recommend this product. The issues were the following with different bots (same model including the camera version): - Running in circles constantly - Mop/water container not releasing enough fluid - Mop/water container hose/pump coming loose - Not registering/saving the house map after several tries

Great vacuum, much better than competitor products.

Loved it at first. Easy setup, clean floors. After 6 months the vacuum suction completely stopped working. Sent it for warranty repair and when it came back it was one thing after another. -- Vacuum suction power low no matter how I set it in the app. -- Couldn't find its way back to the charger. Actually would stop in front of the charger and say it can't find it. -- Wouldn't start automatically according to the scheduled task more than once. I did a complete reset several times, including deleting and re-adding the wifi connection and deleting and re-installing the app. Support wanted me to send it in for repair a second time but I was so unimpressed with the first "fix" I didn't do it; just been pushing the start button and setting it back on the charger myself. No big deal. Now it is one year + 9 days (i.e., out of warranty) and it's not picking up dirt again. Really disappointing purchase.

OMG, this has really made my wife's life a lot easier. Mapping the ECOVACS Robotics to our floor plan was a little bit difficult due to steps. But, it is now working flawlessly. Thanks Best Buy and ECOVACS - Top Quality

Better than the t8 aivi model. Not perfect as sometimes it gets caught up in wires or tries finding the base station .

It cleans really well, but does it go at all on the carpeted area

It gets caught if you don’t pick stuff around it’s path, but it doesn’t happen often. For the price, it is a quality robot! The only thing I didn’t like too much is the app and how hard it is to create different spaces and maps. At one point, the map itself erased and I had to start from zero.

After a replacement, everything works fine. The bags are expensive but also long lasting.

Really helps me keep up with 5 boys under 10 and all the mess that comes with them haha!

It's a great vacuum cleaner. I am incredibly happy about the self cleaning unit. It is also noteworthy that the unit doesn't bump into furniture on other things, thanks to the great object detection functionality. I would highly recommend this product to anyone in the market for a new robotic vacuum cleaner.

Not worth the price. Spills dust while vacuuming.

Absolutely the best never gets stuck and I love the self emptying canister. I have purchased the Samsung robot vacuum and another brand and the others would get stuck under furniture constantly. I have not experienced this issue with the vacuum. Does a fantastic job picking up cat hair which I have 5.

Vaccum working very good but Mop is not good. Need more improvements

We love the vacuum but the self emptying feature only works sometimes. Our dogs hair clogs it up.

I am glad that I didnt get the name brand everyone knows about. This thing is amazing. It sometimes has issues with map, but it is a pretty smart device. I listen one of my friend about not going with the brand that everyone knows and he actually was right about it.

I had high hopes for this unit and it's seems well made and sturdy but the unit has just not been able to complete a simple floor in my house. I'm not sure what the problem is, and I'm assuming programing issue.....but it starts to clean a room, then moves into another room and at some point just stops. It's not out of battery and I'm talking small rooms. I check the app and it has symbol like it's sleeping (zzzzz). This has happened every time I ran it and it doesn't get stuck at same spot... just random. I tested my RoboRock vacuum I have downstairs to see if any problem but that cleaned the rooms with no problem in 20 minutes. Also this unit can never seem to find it's way back to base. I have to pick it up and literally put it on the base. I'm afraid it's going back but I really wanted to like it.

I purchased the vacuum couple of months ago. So far I'm really happy with the purchase. It seems to clean well. Maybe not as great on the inner corners, but it's very minor misses. I still haven't tested the mop option yet, so I'll be updating my review in a little bit.
