Great product. It does what it says it would. So far no issues or problems. We have I scheduled to clean the every morning at 7am. I will say that the battery only last about 2hrs with the second to last suction setting. Over all a very good product.

It is comfortable but not sure why it is having hard time going on a rugs.

Product works as described for most of the time. It sometimes gets stuck

Nice product a bit loud but most of them are a 4 our of 5 on cleaning

Awesome robot helper. Picks up a ton of dirt and dander from the floors. Self emptying is nice. FYI pet hair compacts in the robots dirt bin and does not get sucked into the auto empty bin, causing you to have to manually empty it.

Best automated Vacuum and does everything right and great value.

Its good for custom cleaning as well. Overall better performance.

Got it as part of the early Black Friday deal. Was the cheapest from any other store. Plus has the auto empty station which a huge plus. Like how this one use the extra sensor to detect walls/edges with out bumping into stuffs.

Got it during flashy deal. overall I'm impressed how the deebot performed both vacum and mop especially 3D map. I Loved it so much havd it schedule clean my entire apartment with no touch!!!

I absolutely love this robotic vacuum cleaner with self cleaning. I have it set on what day and time to vacuum and mop throughout the week. There’s nothing better than coming home to a clean house with little to no effort.

Great machine, the technology still needs some refinement.

Love this vacuum. I have a cat and it’s perfect for a cleaning every other day. My nose isn’t nearly as stuffy as what it was before buying this. Still haven’t used the mop though but overall amazing!

It is an excellent product, very practical and very efficient. I love the automatic garbage collection system. It helps me a lot in cleaning my home. 100% recommended.

We have a mix of tile and carpet. With three dogs and a cat we have a ton of animal hair. This vaccum does a great job of getting the hair and it rarely gets stuck

Love this thing! I could be a little quieter, but does a great job. Love that I can map out to focus on more high traffic areas.

This model was rushed to market with common problems, probably from poor QC and poor components. I had 2 T8+ units, I retuned both because the mopping function wouldn't spit water. I have a T8 AIVI as well and all the mopping attachments work properly on the AIVI; none of them worked on the T8+. It's the exact same attachment. Thus, it's the machine itself, no the attachments. Despite it's praised 3D obstacle avoidance system it routinely sucked up cords and charging cables. It's low-profile object detection isn't good. The AIVI out-performs it. It also has the habit of randomly stopping cleaning mid-run despite a fully charged battery. I wanted to love the T8+ but ultimately I was very disappointed and finally just got a refund. Maybe Ecovacs will heed customer feedback and fix its problems, but for now there are too many known issues to recommend the T8+ Get a T8 AIVI instead. It costs more but mine works nearly flawlessly. FWIW the auto-empty dustbin is a great convenience.

The concept is intriguing, and it works okay. But a manual mop/vacuum is still loads better. This doesn't clean nearly as well, and any steps or stairs render it useless.

I absolutely love my Deebot T8 robot. My only suggestion is to make it easier to set up the app on the phone. I’m having problems setting up different rooms.
