It never finds the base and is always stuck; I'm going to buy another brand, this is a waste of money

I was very disappointed by the auto empty function. The dust bin can't detect if itself is full. It won't empty itself until it runs out of battery or is sent back to the station manually.

Worked well for few months , but now the water doesn’t come out in every cleaning! Overall software and cleaning is good but the purpose I bought it was mopping which someone not functional after a year

Still going strong after 2 years. Parts need cleaning and replacement, but has been great at keeping my hardwood floors clean.

Love it! So wonderful to have clean carpet and mopped floors. We are unable to perform these chores so it has worked perfectly as expected.

I love my ECOVACSHOME ! This is my second purchase. I have one for upper level and the finished basement now.

These are the best robotic vacuums I have used. They rarely get stuck and with the ability to set virtual boundaries you can create safe spaces for delicate furniture.

Ive only owned ecovacs brand vaccuum's and they have never let me down but to finally habe one that empties itself is super awesome!

So far I’m loving Debot. Works well with Alexa and nice for everyday clean up. Not good for hard jobs such as heavy dust. Has to go back over areas with a swifter mop.

One of my current favorites piece of tech in the house. Does a really good job overall and the alexa connectivity works well. Huge stress reliever for our house.

Works great on wooden floor and carpet. A must have in every household. Has to cleannthe filter, dust bags snd filter diligently.

This Robo is excellent.it solved the purpose.only thing is it is not able to recognize the internet modem cable and always try to pull, it will get stucked.

So far not good at all. Mopping is hit miss with sometimes just a couple lines showing where apparently the water is hitting the pad, and I wet the pad thoroughly first. It goes out to clean or mop and can’t find the charging/auto empty station. This has happened almost every time. Spoke with customer care and they said it is probably the station and because it’s the auto empty they will need to gather additional info. Not sure I understand what else can be needed. Also sent several small videos. I may be going back to my roomba and buying their moping system real soon.

Really impressed with the Deboot vacuum and mopping performance. Great product and we got it on sale. Worth our money.

My first robo-vac and this thing is awesome. We have wood floors and a Robo-vac is a must! Best Buy had a great deal in this.

Pricey but so far well worth it - loving how it empties out but you still need to check the bin - sometimes heavy debris still needs to be cleaned out.

I like this vacuum and the ability to control it from my phone. However, the app is not very user friendly and could have a lot more features.

I've had this vacuum for a little over a year. The mop function has never worked and support was so bad that I just gave up. The map gets skewed occasionally which makes the robot useless. There is a way to restore the map, but there is no actual documentation on the process so I had to figure it out by piecing together various Reddit threads. I had to remap due to moving the base and now it will not separate the house into "rooms", which was a huge part of why we bought it.

I bought two of these for black Friday. Even at the heavily discounted price, I don't like them very much. If I paid normal price, I'd be furious. The vacuum cleans well enough, but the app is horrible. The map resets probably once a week. For my mostly open upstairs, not a big deal. For my downstairs where I have a lot of obsticals, it's a massive pain. Every time it resets, I have to reset all my boundaries. Given that those boundaries are what keep it from getting stuck, and I can't make boundaries where there is no map, I literally have to follow it around stopping every few minutes to add boundaries as the map generates. It's colossally frustrating. If that weren't enough, this this Is constantly throwing up errors. It's clogged, it's tangled, it's sensors are dusty, the bumper is stuck. I clean it once to twice a week, and that apparently isn't enough. Getting through an entire cleaning without an error is a rarity (and not addressing the error immediately results in a map reset). I seriously spend more time cleaning, resetting, and remapping with this vacuum than I save by trying to use it over a dumb vacuum. This thing was supposed to give me less work, instead it gives me more. Really wish I had not bought these... Back to normal vacuums for me.
