This is a good robot but don’t get it you have pets that shed a lot. The hair gets stuck in the auto empty bin and it’s a mess to clean it.

Had great object detection much better then the omni 10 does

We love it, does an absolutely great job vacuuming and a good job mopping. Very happy !

Worked well until the main brush motor began failing after around the 11 to 12 month mark. This vacuum is less expensive than most others especially considering the inclusion of an auto emptying base. However, with only a 1 year warranty, the need of having to buy a new one after less than two years makes me unable to recommend this vacuum to anyone

Sometime it cannot return on the charging station.. Also dustbin are not self empty.

This did not impress me. Especially the moping. The vacuuming was average. Not worth the price so I returned.

Use this every other day. So much better with dump station. Empty it every few months.

Let me start out by saying , there is nothing worse than speaking to a non native english speaker (in China) that does not understand your questions. Instead you are given the same answer (which does not address the question) no matter which way you ask it. This effectively guarantees that this product has 0 true customer service unless your question is basic - how do I turn this on? How big is the dustbin? If you are troubleshooting , you are given wrong 0 help and ultimately they tell you it’s a defective product and that it should be swapped out at the manufacturer. The product also follows another common Chinese methodology - copy without quality. There is little to no thought given to this product . For instance on your map , you can name room from a VERY small list of pre labelled rooms. But if you have more than 1 bedroom in your house , your out of luck . Their solution is to call both rooms ‘Bedroom’ rather than the more thoughtful approach of labeling it Bedroom 1 and Bedroom 2 or better still a custom label . This makes the Alexa compatibility garbage because the robot effectively does not know what bedroom to go and clean. Yes, this robot has features and yes it’s cheap . But it is so because no thought has been put behind this product and there is no actual team to back it up when you need help .

Fantastic. Cleans up everything. Only problem is black carpets and slightly unintutive software
