First day with problems already, basically the Ecovacs App. ver 2.05 would not work with the unit, can not get into the advance settings, app locks up and freezes an d never continues No help from customer support. i'm using app on iphone 11 pro max I tried everything possible still wont work right Sadly will be returning the whole unit back to Best Buy, for me the unit isn't worth it without the ability to use the app as it was intended. Shame the company doesn't care about resolving the problem on this brand new unit. I was hoping it would be corrected

Love this vacuum. Works great and doesn’t hit objects like my previous one did.

Mapping functionality didn't work well for me ... it completely missed a few areas and did not map intelligently. Had to return it

The vacuum seems to work well but the app is terrible. During the mapping, if the vacuum runs into any issues then it starts a new mission and completely deletes the map and starts a new one. On my third mapping attempt, it was about 80% done and had to charge. When it went to resume, it did the last room, which would have given me 100% map, it decided to go back to my living room, which it had previously finished, and eventually get stuck under my couch. Of course this meant time for new mission and another auto deletion of the map and I am back at 0% mapping. If I had my choice, I would not buy this again. The mapping has been a nightmare.

I love it, it does what it has to do. Power at suction. I put a routine and works great.

The 3-D mapping is great. It’s a lot quieter than I thought it would be.

Definitely would not recommend this brand first of all the parts are hard to find because they're constantly out of stock second the mobile app for this vacuum is horrible they recently did an update a day ago The vacuum now no longer connects done all the troubleshooting steps reset the vacuum reset to default settings deleted the vacuum from the app everything in the vacuum fails to connect but if you decide to get this vacuum good luck finding genuine replacement parts because they're never in stock and good luck with the glitchy mobile app
